Property needs updating, there was random stuff in the hallway. Pool area is nice but showing it’s age. We had to ask for everything towels, etc. as housekeeping isn’t coming in rooms. Which I’m okay with but we stayed for 5 days kind of annoying to have to ask for dishwasher soap, towels, etc…everyday. Also a couple days when asked for towels was told not sure if we have any clean? We saw a lot of garbages not emptied. When a family of 5 books a room it would be nice if there was the right amount of towels in our room. The breakfast was good but we had to ask staff everyday if there was more of stuff because they weren’t refilling food.

The location was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good if you got there when it first started. My kids enjoyed the basketball hoop in the pool area. Are room was clean.

Great pool- kids had fun with the basketball hoop! Comfort room, lots of space and very clean. Good breakfast! Green coffee!

There were multiple pictures of a hot tub online which was confusing. And Booking.com listed the location as having a hot tub so we were pretty disappointed that there wasn’t one. The room felt thrown together and odd. Lots of mismatched things and weird furniture on wheels and lousy handiwork on some hanging apparatus.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Hot breakfast.

Check in was rough. It took like 15 minutes as bookings.com used a virtual credit card and didn't send them a pin code so it keep getting declined. The closet door was broken, shower only half worked and the swimming pool was cold and it was kinda over priced

Room smelled horrible was dirty. We complained and was offered another room. But the smell set of my mom’s asthma to the point she could hardly breathe. We were there for maybe ten minutes and so we asked for a refund and were told no.

I needed a suite for 1 night as my granddaughter was staying with us. This place appeared larger in the pictures but was not. Finding this hotel is not easy or marked at all, you have to turn at the car wash. when checking in I prepaid with booking but the clerk tried to make me pay again u til I showed my receipt, my card was still attempted to be charged the next day but I had shut off transactions with a feeling this would happen. I hen I got to the room it was very hot and stuffy along with being very small and nothing like the pictures. it had a very hard and uncomfortable small love seat and a small table with 1 chair. this room isn’t any bigger than any Motel 6. for $253/night I was very disappointment.. nothing nice here just a very cheap hotel at a very high price. The AC wouldn’t cool the room down so I had to go buy a fan to keep the air moving, front desk didn’t care it wasn’t working well. There appeared to be a very large party going on in the hallways as random people were knocking on my door at 1am. I did yell at them to stop and there was about 10 of them in the hallways yelling and screaming, awake baby again. the front desk didn’t care. the next morning when talking to a couple in the very slow elevator they had the same knocking going on in their room. This was a cheap small hotel too. disguised with good pictures to make it appear a nice larger hotel room but it is just a Super 8. save your kk ey and stay elsewhere

The staff was friendly, the room felt like a small apartment and I really enjoyed it, loved that both rooms had a flatscreen, and the breakfast was pretty good

The room was good but you could drive a truck through the crack around the door. Amenities were good and the room was clean

Our first morning was at the breakfast at 7:00 am and there was no coffee and everything was cold
