Lack of signs so was hard to find the entrance to the room. Hallways were a bit dank and seemed like there were more lodgers than traveling guests staying there. Key paid in door was dead so needed a different room. Called 1800 # for assistance but too long hold time. Found Front desk and was helpful to sort out.

Location amazing, close to ocean, Main Street, and restaurants. Room clean with ample towels. Beds comfortable. Front desk helpful.

The staff was not organized and the access to hotel and rooms were cumbersome. Upon checking out found no overnight clerk. I leave early for work nobody to handle receipt etc.

Paid extra for a balcony and "sea view", could probably just about see the sea from the corner of the balcony, and it was an enclosed balcony, not nice ones like the pictures, so definitely not worth the extra cost. Staff were efficient but not exactly welcoming/cheery.

Good location to explore Camden/Rockland area. Spacious room and bathroom with fridge and Aircon. Reasonable price based on elsewhere on the East Coast. Breakfast was limited but did the job for the price.

The screen door to balcony didn't work well,things were run down.The"breakfast"of bacon& pastry left a little to be desired.

Convenience,price.We loved being close to the shore,being able to see the sun rise.Nice walkway along the coastline.

We requested a non-smoking room, however, as we entered, there was a lingering cigarette smell present. Also, on the second day, there was a pronounced marijuana smell in the bathroom which came from an adjoining room!!

Location in “downtown” Rockland was convenient to restaurants and shops. Views of harbor from our balcony on 2nd floor were great

Very old heat/AC unit that made noises and leaked water. It made sleeping difficult. A bit outdated and not all rooms of the same category are equal.

Great location. Nice views from the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They got us an early check in and were very good at communicating.

TV was the size of a computer screen. One two plug outlet had 4 plugs - one of which included an extension cord for the microwave. There was no ice available anywhere, the windows were filthy, and most importantly, the restaurant was closed.

The location was perfect, however the ice machine was out of order, the snack machine didn’t work and even though the air conditioner was set at 64, it wasn’t putting out very much cool air.

Pool area was less than inviting. Parking lot was crowded. Requested a room with handicap accessories and we didn't get that so my husband didn't dare use the shower.

It was handy. Enjoyed our porch.

The hallways were filthy. The last day of our trip they decided to change the lock on the door to a keypad but did not tell us. Kind of strange when you come back to your room and can’t get in. Also the continental breakfast was a joke

Breakfast was scary weird, unhealthy, minimal supplies, ran out of supplies, strange. We ate there twice, the first and last day.

The location to the harbor and city was perfect. The room was new and perfect!!
