The amount I paid was around $150/night, it was too expensive for this type of a 3 star hotel. My first room was near the pool, on the 1st floor. I did not like it at all and didn't feel comfortable staying there, the reasons being: the door to my room was transparent glass, the room had an unpleasant odor, couch was torn and shabby, and AC in the bedroom created a big puddle of water under and around my bed. I requested a different room and got transferred to another building. That room was much better, no odor, nicer look, however the TV was broken in the living room. I didn't try on the TV in the bedroom. The 2nd room was much nicer, and more privacy.

I chose this hotel because of it's location and the spacious rooms, also because it has a kitchen with a fridge, stove. It has nice sitting areas outside. It's located in a quiet picturesque area, close to the beach, restaurants, and CVS and Walgreens.

The walls were very thin so you can hear the neighbors on top and around. Also it is located very close to a fire department so you have a lot of fire trucks with sirens during the day and night.

1. staff was trying to get my personal email as a part of "registration process", I had to tell multiple times that I got a booking through the Booking app and they can contact me there. Employee was rather annoyed by a fact that I didn't want to share this part of information. 2. Air Conditioning was extremely loud. I was barely able to sleep even with earplugs. And since it was turning on/off as a part of cooling cycle it was suddenly horrible noise in the middle of my sleep.

Location is good, close to the beach and couple of nice museums. Bus line 100 is around the corner - you can get to the downtown. Complex itself has a lot of greenery and looks beautiful. The apartment was spacious.

The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach. Places to visit in south beach are at walkable distance. The room was clean and well maintained. It’s a nice place if you’re gonna spend most of the time outside.

The photos were great but the reality is a bit different. Firstly there is a huge issue with parking, be ready to look for a free one in the area and pay for it (20 USD per night). Impossible to catch a free lot in front of the hotel. Secondly the building and the rooms are very old, mold and smelling not good. The first room we got was terribly smoky but the staff changed it without any comments. The cleanliness is awful. All is old, the kitchen is greezy, the plates are broken, the fry pan is al in scratches and greezy as well. There are no kitchen amenities to cook, just a pan, a fry pan. The floor is of tile but its is very dirty in the corners of the room, the windows, the furniture are so dirty as if nobody wached them for ages and ugly to touch. The bathroom is small and inconvinient. The room is very moist and all the clothes smell bad becaue of that. There is no place to hang the swimsuits and other clothes if you need to dry them. I had to wash the kitchen chairs and hang the kids swimsuits on them..There is some bath cosmetics but there are no napkins or paper towels at all. Only toilet paper (luckily:-) During our 4 nights stay there wasnt any room cleaning or changing the towels. We asked for extra towels at the reception and got them. The same with trash bags, we just took one at the reception and collected all our trach for 4 days in it.

The location is really great, just 5 minutes walk from MIami beach, arount 4 mins drive from Publix. looks nice outside and the area is very good.

Rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, if somewhat dated. Basic Kitchen amenities were adequate. Room cleaning/ bed remake available Daily, but we opted for every 2nd day services.

Friendly Staff at check-in, casual atmosphere, met some very nice people in the Lobby. Definitely great value for the money in this area!! Very good location in South Beach, walking distance to the beach/ boardwalk path, and several restaurants and shopping. This older Apartment Hotel is clean and well appointed, but not extravagant- no Spa services, no restaurant here. The window coverings provided good "blackout" allowing us to sleep in comfortably after a long day travelling. Interesting decor in our room! A very old wooden Surveyor's tripod base served as a Lampstand. Old wooden Armoire/ chests painted in vintage 50's (40's?) decor.. Good WIFI in the room and near Lobby area. Outdoor Pool area was clean and not overcrowded, certainly adequate seating, lounging chairs. Pool Towels available at the Front Desk, readily provided by friendly staff.

Management is the worst the GM hardly ever on the premises, doesn't respond to any correspondence, her right hand Jose made threats toward me,completely unacomadating And worst of all The Roach problem,finally taken care of only for the roaches to return..Without telling me while I was out my unit was sprayed,when I returned I walked into a cloud of fumes,immediately triggered a asthma attack. Was ill for several days. Asked for them to move me that's when Jose threatened to evict me.

The staff was above and beyond accommodating.

The sofa mattress was horrendous, I did not sleep well at all, you can feel every spring. Need to invest in updating the sofa’s, as they seem like they have been there since first opening. No comfort at all.

The apartment was spacious enough for 3, clean and I appreciated the kitchen. Loved the layout, the seating areas outside were lovely. The pool was very nice, the esthetic throughout is inviting and comfortable.

Poorly illuminated. By location it is poorly illuminated by natural light but it is something that owner can solve incrementing artificial light inside. Almost imposible to cook by night, my own body create shadows while cooking due to location of lamps.

No major issues. A broom, dishcloth dish soap would have been appreciated though to help keep the place tidy considering they hold a $100 deposit over you for things such as lack of cleanliness. Pool was a little cold

Weak and noisy AC in the living room. Toilet was “seeping” water - was not fixed that it was good. Shower in the tub rather difficult to adjust, no hose, wobbly faucet. Also, poorly equipped kitchen and noisy old fridge. Otherwise not bad. We were unhappy that when we asked for a few hours extension of the check out it was not allowed (even though we paid € 4600 to the hotel for our 3 weeks stay and the hotel was not full at all!) and we had to pay an extra full day of $157. That was a big disappointment since our flight to Europe was after 6 pm.
