We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOverall, it's a tad dated for the price, but Carmel is expensive everywhere so it feels relative to the area.
We were rained in, but felt comfortable in the deluxe king room. The fireplace was very nice, and the breakfast is a nice touch to keep a leisurely morning. Love that it is dog friendly.

United States of AmericaThere was a slight smell of humidity and our clothes had to be washed after the trip to get rid of it. They deliver breakfast to the room but the selection was somewhat limited.
The property is very serene with a zen quality to it . The staff was welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for dinner and brunch. The beds and pillows were of high quality and extremely comfortable. The tea was excellent both in the room, lobby and at breakfast.

United States of AmericaBreakfast delivered to our door each morning was delightful as it was nice to relax in our room. The food was healthy and varied. Our room with a fireplace was cozy. The garden and fountains outside were beautiful and calming and an oasis. It was nice to have onsite free parking. The staff was warm and friendly. It was an easy walk to downtown Carmel. We stayed at this inn 45 years ago for our honeymoon and although we don't remember much, we loved it then as well as now!
