Two of the elevators were broke down. This made it very time consuming to go up & down from our room. There were times we waited over 10 minutes for an elevator & when it finally did arrive it was full.

Everything was very clean & had a fun family atmosphere.

2 elevators wetter out our entire stay which left one working elevator to our 7tn floor room. They have been out for weeks which I think is unacceptable for a room that is $550 a night. Rooms are a little dated, especially bathroom. Food was good but drink and good service was slow. Room was not ready til 5pm, an hour late.

The facilities are constantly being cleaned and I know how hard it is with the volume of people during the summer months. I always enjoy coming. I am excited to see the upgrades to the area where the restaurants were as we missed some of them while we were here this week! My only comment and I know it's hard to do is to upgrade the pools. They are getting outdated and broken tiles ... but other than that... it is a great place to go!

This is my 6-7th time at Tradewinds. I came the first time when I toured it to hold my Management Conference there for 175 people and it was wonderful!!! I love the family atmosphere so I brought my son a few years back and he loves it! The pool activities and music were great for both kids and adults!! Your activity director is awesome and keeps both the kids and adults entertained. I was disappointed that due to weather that this is the 3rd year in a row we missed the Dive in Movie... Wish you would re-schedule it the next day for rain so guests who were counting on it during their stay do not miss out as I know it's offered only Thursday and Saturday nights.

The check in process. Two of us booked the property, but they only had my name listed. A credit card is used "for incidentals" but was charged $1906.00. upon check in. That hold caused my cc company to decline my check out payment. Incidentals are not 1900! And if they had told us that much would be put on the card, we would have provided two cards. Such a bummer after having a great vacation to go through this at check out.

The staff made everything easy and fun. Very good food in all the restaurants. The pools were nice, and we could always find a place to sunbathe.

Outdated interior, carpet not very hygienic. Cleaning staff came always in the afternoon during my childrens nap time. Cleaning should be done in the morning. Pool area wasn’t always very clean. Stricter rules for guest eating/drinking at pool should be put in place. More healthy food options would be a plus.

Elevators were slow and broken half the time: parking difficult over holiday weekend so had to park at sister resort; outside needs updating. For the price, it felt pretty dated everywhere (except inside our room).

Rooms were a little dated, but were fine and clean. The kids pools could use some updating. The surrounding area (restaurants, hotels, etc) seemed a little trashy/touristy. I did not like that after you check in you have to go to a separate desk for your parking pass where they tried to sell me on a vacation club.

The activities for the kids were nice, as well as the on site restaurants and beach cabanas. I liked that the tiki bar was open late. Staff was friendly.

the temperature of the pools were not consistent, so we would walk around looking for the warmest one for the one year old to play with us. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear- my closet door did not close. The mattresses were lovely, we all thought so, but the pillows were terrible. The other thing we would have loved, is a way to dry swim suits. our suits did not dry in the room at all, still damp when I needed to pack them to go home. and no freezer in the frig was not expected. Please have a way to find quarters for the duck food machines. front desk folks helped, but really were not excited about it, did not have quarters ready to make change with. The paddleboats had potential, but were difficult to steer and dragged bottom.

the pools were a lot of fun. We spent a lot of our stay in the water. The beach is amazing, all of that part is excellent. I think the sand is the softest I have felt anywhere. The mattresses were lovely, very comfortable. Service was great! Folks that work there seem happy, and glad to help. and they were helpful. My kids loved the water slide, and went down it many many times. The room cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Tom at the front desk was a great resource. and the lady in the deli shop really impressed us with her kindness and great attitude. loved her! The ducks were a lot of fun to feed.

Zoie, Ben from Flying Bridge were FABULOUS, excellent waiters. The entir property could use more color, Landscaping needs improvement as in more flowers. Of course the dead fish and dead snakes all along the oceanfront my last 2 days was totally gross….so I never went into the ocean again. Sitting at the pool right now and noticed nobody had cleaned it…lots of bugs floating around, pieces of leaves, stopped up drains.

The location was great. Front hotel staff very very nice. Safe did not work in the room, I called and they came right up to fix it. Spa screwed up my reservation (as in never wrote it down…so two massages never happened until another group cancelled), wait staff excellent except for one place where they waited to serve me and then told me restaurant was closed for breakfast. Some staff unaware of business hours (they gave me the wrong hours) of some shops so I hiked over to shop to find it closed. Asked a simple question of girls in the hut for paddle boats where the gift shop was….not one of the three of them knew.
