I don’t agree with 18% service charge being added to the bill at TJ’s Tikki bar when you order a couple of drinks , tipping should be your choice , the drinks are expensive enough

This resort has given me the best experience! From the amazing guest service, to the very comfy villas. The pools and beach were so relaxing and the view was amazing. Tj’s Tiki bar had the best drinks and live music. Definitely a nice couples getaway.

We loved everything!!! Your ground workers and maintenance workers were ALL so kind and courteous . Steve, the Tiki bar tender, was very helpful kind and informative. Craig, water sports worker, was very accommodating, very kind. We just enjoyed your grounds, very much. Thank you. Will definitely be back for our 4yr here, soon

We couldn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The ocean view from the window and porch. The house with a nice kitchen, washing machine etc. Close to all kinds of shops.

The space had minimal kitchen items, no extra blankets. We had to be moved mid stay due to a leak coming from the ceiling that had obviously been going on for a while. The unit we were moved to to was not as nice. The food nd drinks were over priced.

The space was nice and large, beautiful views and beach area. Butterfly cafe was delicious

We had an initial issue with our room but it was all sorted out quickly by really nice staff; other than that, no issues!

The first room we booked wasn't quite what we wanted/expected but the staff were incredibly helpful and moved us without any fuss... so nothing we didn't like in the end!

Outstanding resort hotel in a perfect location - rooms were amazing, the Tiki bar is an absolute must visit and the on-property restaurant is excellent; helpful and friendly staff, clean and well organised

The interiors are a bit dated. No smart TVs so not connectable to Netflix etc. we only tried the food in the Tiki bar. The quesadillas were fine, the pizza was a pretty big disappointment. Only ate there once.

The location is unbeatable directly on the water. The houses are really pretty and the resort looks just really nice. Staff was very friendly. Everything nice and clean.

Staff at Receptionist was very matter-of-fact and not extremely helpful. Staff at Restaurant and TJ's Tiki bar was exceptional. Food and drinks were very good too.

Facilities were very nice, property was comfortable and very clean. We ended up not using the pool but went to the beach several times - one had to go to the very deep end of it to get a water temperature that was bearable.

Loved the beach and sunset drinks at the Tiki Bar, quiet environment, lots of pool options, easy check-in and parking, and spacious rooms with porch or balcony space.

The tiki bar is great if you like that stuff, but was a little loud even if you went as far away on the beach as possible.

Loved the cleanliness, the quietness and the staff. The small pool by our room was a great bonus. Lots of fun things to do on the property and close to great State Parks, restaurants and the Cuban coffee across the street was terrific!

The taxes at checkout. County fees, destination fees, extra resort fees, all the extras nickel and dime the hell out of our stay, which was disappointing. Plus the front desk staff didn’t charge my debit card during the week when I went into the lobby to ask them to charge my card so I wouldn’t reach my spending limit on the day we checked out, so I had to go through calling my bank which took forever. All of this could’ve been avoided if they had just followed through with what I asked them to do during the week.
