Newly remodeled. Owners trying hard to make the rooms fresh, comfortable and user friendly.. Simply appointed large rooms with just what you need. Relaxing bathroom with nice hot water. Great value.

The mini fridge was not very cold.

The bed was very comfortable, water was hot for showers, room was clean, plenty of TV channels, owner was very nice.

My wife didn't think the mattress was comfortable but I like a firm mattress so it was fine for me.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, especially for a small, unbranded facility.

This is a family owned place. They pride themselves on making sure your needs are taken care of. I do not have any negative to say.

Friendly staff, listened to my needs. I told them I worked nights and would like a quiet room for daytime sleeping. He placed me in a room that was away from others, which I appreciated. Rooms were clean each time I have stayed here, have real towels and beddings, soft and comfortable.

Showering was difficult because the shower head was rather low and not removable.

A bit chilly at night -- but come on, you're in Colorado. If you're like me and get cold easily, you'll be fine cranking the heat (which we did) and getting comfy in warm loungewear.

Perfect location for anyone headed down to Cañon City, and refreshingly quiet at night. Ultra-clean rooms with spotless bedsheets and blankets. Provided everything my partner and I needed for a romantic Valentine's Day getaway. Lovely staff, very kind and conscientious. Couldn't ask for anything more, especially at this price point! Big fan of getting my morning coffee and breakfast from Jump Start Java across the street -- highly recommended! They've got great brews, baked goods, and burritos and need your support since they're rapidly losing money thanks to all the road construction. If you plan to stay at the Travel Inn, definitely walk or drive (approx. 1 minute) to Jump Start Java.

Maybe a mirror outside of the bathroom would be nice. Also I think an upgrade of the carpet. Some reviews mentioned a room remodel. This room had not had the flooring in the bedroom area done yet.

Location, we went to a concert in Florence. The king bed was really big with nice linens and 4 pillows total, 2 for each of us. It was quiet. The bathroom has been upgraded with tile and a nice sink.. our king room had a desk, as well as 2 chairs and a small table between the chairs.

I wish they had a shelf or something in the bathroom for guests to put bathroom supplies and/or clothes on while showering.

The room was very, very clean! It had nice wood style flooring that was clean (even in the corners and along the wall). The bathroom had newer tiles around the tub and walls. We needed more towels and they arrived quickly. Room was comfortable. Fridge, Microwave, Internet, TV.

I did find a hair clip that didn't belong to me in the bed in the middle of the night. Questioned if the bed was actual clean.

It is a very simple motel. For the location, it was a great value.
