Room lacked a few amenities (no hair dryer, and no curtain in the bathroom).

The best price for a hotel in Eureka Springs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good service: when the TV wasn’t working, they quickly found a new cord and fixed it.

We did run out of toilet paper on our second day however we only initially reserved the room for one day. We added a day to our stay so they weren't prepared for that. That a pretty minor complaint compared to some rooms I've rented!

I really liked the ambiance of this location. We had the trees around us and it made it feel more like home than in town. Great place to eat across the street and a pizza hut in the parking lot.

Still is an older motell and had to climb stairs but it wasn't too bad. Had no breakfast area but the price made up for that.

This hotel was clean and modernized. Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious. Furniture all updated.

Air conditioner was not working properly, making the room very humid. The condensation lines for the air conditioners need to be cleaned. Most of our rooms were this way, but not all of them. If the condensation line is plugged, it cannot move moisture out of the room.

We stayed on the back side facing trees. We sat outside and visited with our friends and loved the quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the floors were clean LV flooring. The room smelled clean!

The female attendant was quite rude to my children when they went to get coffee for the second day. But the gentleman upon hearing of this at checkout offered to pay for the coffee I had to purchase.

No breakfast was offered, but location was good and convenient to walk to most of our needs.

Older place but I don't really mind that if it's clean, which this place was.. all the rooms have been recently painted which is nice for most people but if you're sensitive be aware.

Easy to find. Safe location. Quiet. Recently painted rooms. Clean. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. One of our group has sensitivities and couldn't do the recently painted room. The clerk offered us a refund if we wanted to find another place which I thought was really nice. There were five of us.. so we kept our rooms and two of us went to a different motel 1 minute away which solved the problem. So all was well..

The light over the sink was very dim and hard to see to put on makeup on. The curtain over the a/c unit would blow out toward the room, it needs to be tacked to the black out curtain.

Looking out the door and seeing the woods. Very relaxing and peaceful. The room was very clean.

Our only complaint was that the room next to us sounded like they were moving furniture around for a few hours, lol. And of course the facility had no control over their behavior.

We loved staying in the back building, the fire-pit area was a great addition...we were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and that the floors were wood/laminate - very nice stay!

The front desk person didn't tell me where anything was, like ice, vending, etc. The room didn't seem to be cleaned very well. There were bobby pins throughout the floor, there was a pair of pants between the head of the mattress and the wall, a sock behind the dresser and the microwave worked but only a select few numbers.

The location was good. It was very quiet and the price was reasonable.
