We had an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors conversation and activities all night. The bathroom smelled as if it had been cleaned with purple fabuloso and a dirty mop or cloth. Other than the smell the bathroom was really clean.

The room was clean better than most places we've stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the linens actually smelled clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The mini waffles were a nice! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in directing us to non touristy places to visit. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a nice place to hang out and unwind. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property really.

We were iffy about renting this hotel but we went off a few good reviews and super happy we did. The hotel was very clean and comfy, woman at check in was super amazing and so accommodating & offered so much about downtown Hot Springs. Hotel is super close to downtown and several gas stations nearby. Very good room for the money. And very happy we chose here would again in the future

WiFi was slow and the connection dropped repeatedly.

Good location, comfortable bed, very clean. Liked the fruit and yogurt at breakfast as well as the waffles. No noise from traffic or other guests. Easy to get to Hot Springs Park. Good price.

Breakfast was a little lacking but expected for the price. My sister was disappointed in our room being on the second floor and having to carry our luggage up the stairs. I didn’t mind though.

Location was great for the time of year (just before the busy season). Room was clean and beds comfortable. We were assured by the receptionist that we were in a safe area which was comforting. Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

If the motel is full parking can be tricky as spots are not plentiful. The free wi-fi was nice but it was very slow in my room. The breakfast was okay but could be better.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice television. There are also plenty of receptacles to plug in accessories and the bathroom area was spacious.

The breakfast could have used some eggs, bacon, and sausage. Other than that it was good. The parking lot is really small so if u have a trailer don't except to park in the parking lot.

Room was exceptionally clean. Love the laminate flooring no carpet was a MAJOR plus for me. Staff was extremely accommodating I called ahead because I was going to be checking in late at night they had no problem with that. The front desk let me borrow a pair of scissors. Everything was great with the room and staff and the breakfast wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay there again.

Love that all the rooms have vinyl floors, it feels very clean. The bathrooms are also clearly recently updated and are also very clean. There was also a microwave, fridge etc. in our room which was great.

The beds were too hard, in my opinion. The bathroom smelled like urine, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies so after I cleaned, it was super nice.

Very nice looking room! The staff was nice and patient. I loved that they have a microwave, coffee pot, and fridge. I most likely will stay here again if I come back to Hot Springs. It was super close to everything we had planned to do! Parking was great as well.

The hotel was clean and perfect for our stay esp for the price. The best part was their customer service. The older lady who worked front desk was so nice, helpful, and friendly! She went the extra mile for us and literally was the sweetest. She made us want to come back again. Overall great experience esp for the price.
