It’s clean, well kept. The owners are the sweetest people. It’s an older lodge. I’d definitely stay here again

The location can be a bit challenging to get out of the parking lot at times.

It was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it was supposed to. The breakfast was good.

All accommodations in our room were very low to the ground as though it were for children and not adults (bed, vanity, commode, tv stand). Our room was in the back of the hotel. There is no parking in the back and no elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up and down three flights of steep stairs. My husband is nearly 80, and this was not convenient, especially for him.

Our room was very clean and orderly. Our beds were very comfy.

Thr breakfast hours were 7:30-9:30 am. We would have eaten breakfast there if it were available earlier.

Outdated decor, but everything worked fine in our room. That was the only thing we noticed, but we did not consider this to be a problem at all!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. Was surprised that there was no noise from the traffic. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and wanted to be sure we had a good experience at this motel. We were very satisfied with everything at this place! The pool was away from public view and very clean! We had a wonderful stay!

The room had a used coffee cup in the bathroom when we arrived. The owner became very agitated with us asking for pool towels and shower towels. There were 7 of us and we only asked for each day what we absolutely needed. They were rude to my children for asking for towels, also. We did not know you had to ask for a do not disturb sign when checking in, so the housekeeper went into our room and reported back to the owner that the room with children (all teenagers) was messy and it wasn't her job to clean up after them. When my mother in law went to the office to ask for pool towels she was accused and attacked for destroying the room and the owner yelled at her over this. The housekeeper had the police called on her and her boyfriend/husband the first night we were there. The day we were checking out the housekeeper stopped me and stated "if you leave a tip please come tell me bc the owner will take it". I then responded with you will not be getting a tip after you and the owner attacked my mother in law over our room that only had clothes on the floor.

We have stayed here many times. We knew what we were getting. Clean room, polite staff and a great location. We will stay here again when we visit. Recommend this establishment. Location is great. Great views and convenient.

We have stayed at Ozarka Lodge probably 4 to 5 times and it has always been clean and comfortable. We especially like having a front and back door. We can sit on the back balcony , drink our coffee and enjoy the view.
