Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

As much as we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, there was not enough seating for all the guests. Additionally, the parking area is a bit cramped with insufficient space.
I enjoyed the free breakfast, and the room was spacious enough for my family. The location of our stay was the perfect distance from all the attractions.

The sheets were quite scratchy and it would have been nice to have some kind of protein at breakfast for those of us who can’t tolerate just carbs. Hard boiled eggs or sugar free yogurt would be my suggestion especially for diabetics.
It was very pleasant, friendly staff, great location and price.

no milk jug teabags etc
nice room .no complaints except would be nice to have milk tea bags etc gor drink when get there.also a jug.we bought 1 and left it there .very handy to Disneyland.

Not being told about breakfast, although we saw the options and it was very poor.
Good walking distance to the park/ 25 minutes. Pool area was clean and quiet Rooms were a good size with good facilities

Breakfast was slight, and breakfast room overflowing at peak times. We did not have enough outlets to charge our phones.
About 1 mile from Disneyland Entrance. Very walkable. Shower great. Beds comfortable.

Bathroom had shower over bath with a shower curtain. Lift was a bit scary so we took the stairs most of the time.
Excellent location an easy 30 minute walk from the Disney parks that was safe, even walking back after the nighttime entertainment. Room was clean and spacious with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was typical American (cereal, bread/pastry, waffles, fruit and juice) - no savoury options though.

Only downside was the breakfast. Only limited to some waffles and cold options. But it was not a deal breaker.
A great value for the money. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. Facilities were good, a nice little pool area, coinvent to a convivence store. A real deal.

Having to put in the password for the Wi-Fi everyday
Clean and close to Disneyland. You could easily walk there and it was an easy drive to the parking garage.

The AC in room 208 had a weird old water smell when turned on.

My room was not cleaned the 4 days I stayed there and I did not have the do not disturb sign.
The location was excellent. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Since it was not a full breakfast would’ve like better coffee and flavored creamer. More fruit options.

Housekeeping every 3 days which to be honest is quite a long time. We only stayed 3 nights so all the other hotels we stayed at we had at least 1 housekeeping done except this one. Need to be at least every couple of days.
Clean and close to Disneyland. Free breakfast (waffles, bagels, apples, cereal, coffee, milk and just). No incidental hold which I thought was great. Only hotel we visited on our trip to remove this.

Only 1 elevator, distance from elevator to our room, pillows were old and lumpy.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels. The room, 218, was very quiet. Towels available when asked. Appreciated option of cleaning the room.

No eating options near to the hotel. You need to Uber to anywhere to eat or get it delivered.
Easy Uber to Disneyland or 30min walk if energetic. Good continental breakfast & coffee facilities in the room. Staff were helpful.

The room smelt really gross when we first got here. The bathroom had a porter potty smell to it. After room service came an clean for us the smell went away.
The location is amazing super close to Disneyland and you can see the fireworks at night.

Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. “Free” sure, but I’ve stayed in cheaper places with much better options. Pillows were awful and lumpy. Towels were obviously very old.
Refrigerate in room was a pleasant surprise. Staff was extremely helpful.
