The desk clerk was smiling, welcoming and efficient, and helpful. The room was quite clean, a real bonus. Not enough light to read by but attractive and spacious. The location would not be good for a vacation but being on the main road was a benefit for my purposes.

Reception closes at 9pm and nobody is there afterwards. We had an issue with the shower, we texted via the booking chat and they responded quickly to help us.

When we first checked in the room they gave us had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade , towels on the floor. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and found us another room quickly and that one had been cleaned. Although there were brown splatter marks above the shower and there was a hair in the shower.

The bed was comfortable and it was a decent room for the price.

The beds are rather firm, and the rooms are dimly lit. These are the only issues we face, yet we stay here regardless. Never a bad experience.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept and there is easy access to facilities.

Wi-Fi wasn't working in our side of the hotel. Not able to connect from three different devices, but connecting successfully from a different part of the hotel complex. The personnel politely suggested me calling the service they work with and figure it out by myself, whereas it is clear that it is not a problem with any of my devices.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. They seem to be relatively recently renovated. Price and value combo is great, especially if you visit for skiing/snowboarding and want to save some money on lodging without compromising much on quality.

No blankets. We don’t like running the heater all night. A bed spread is not a blanket. The shower water control knob was very hard to pull out to start the water flow. The WiFi was not reliable.

It is in a nice location. It is easy to get to the rooms from the parking lot.

The AC was very noisy, and I could hear the guest from the upper floor when he walked in his room.

The room was spacious and shower was great. Staff were really nice and when we ask to change a room because of a bad smell, they didn't hassitate and immediately gave us a different room. Everything was very accessible and parking was pre5 close to our room.

There was no breakfast- even though it is advertised. They've suddenly they don't do it, but Booking.com advertises it. That's just wrong!

It was ok location, the room was fine, and clean. The price was fine.

We weren't stoked about the additional $35/night pet fee. We have an old small dog that does almost nothing, children cause much more damage to a room and rarely there is a fee for children. I understand a one-time cleaning fee per stay or week, but otherwise this seems a bit high. It was already $300 for a simple weekend stay. But ramped up to more than $400 with the fee.

The room was clean and spacious, had great central air, water heating, room for storage and a place to work. Lots of a light and power outlets for phones and computers, etc. Overall a very good experience.

Toilet seat was round and didn’t fit the elongated toilet bowl. No nearby place to drop garbage. No lobby hours after 10pm. More than usual parking spots were marked disabled and was confusing. Privacy lock broken.
