Room was nasty and smelly the shower wasn’t clean and the beds and the room looked both like the room I paid for and I was very disappointed in booking not having this place checked out. I spend more money than I booked for just on the room and the inconvenience of waiting to check in early and paying a lot more at the hotel. The breakfast is not a true breakfast I will not go back

There were not eggs at 8:00 am, the bread slices was almost gone. The air conditioner set is very loud! The bathroom door was not closing. We have to hold the door to close it with a huge chair! I have to be asking for garbage bags.. there should be some in the garbage can since there is not room clean services everyday. I went to the office borrow an iron set I have to ask three times for a iron set before getting it. They should write down my name and call me when it was ready..

I found hot water for tea! in te breakfast lounge! The location is close to Walt Disney’s .

Room and floor and especially bathroom was not clean. Breakfast was limited to bread and cereal and oatmeal. No garbage bin in room or bathroom. Not even cup for water in the room or coffee or tea.

Location was great and close to Disney world and other amenities.

while room was clean it's still "old", holes in walls where they moved pictures and such, chips in most of the furniture, bathroom door warped so wouldn't close all the way, rust/discolorations on some bathroom fixtures.

locations was great to get to parks entrance. bed was very good. everything did work in the room. great shower pressure and very hot water. Ladies at front desk were always super nice and helpful.

Used to be the knights motel, just recently “updated” but not really.. the trashy fire escape papers are still on the backs of the doors. Sloppy updating. Rooms very small, the three of us had no room to move.

The sign at the entrance of the motel was a temporary sign and easily missed. After locating the motel the staff was extremely nice and well accommodating. They did not have the room I originally booked avalible the first night due to the cleaning lady calling in sick (we understood). It seems they are currently under remodel, and the parts of the location already serviced were very nice. The pool, exterior, lobby, and breakfast area of the building were very nice, however the inside of the rooms were just okay. The bathroom had a new vanity but the shower looked like it hadn't been replaced. The fold out couch was extremely old and dirty, but the bed was nice and comfortable. The furniture could use updating, but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint was the door to the original room we were assigned. I didn't shut properly without forcing it and the weather stripping was gone leaving a 1-2 inch gap between the door and the floor. I would also recommend an exterminator as we did see a few small bugs near the bathroom.

It was a room for five but they only had two beds so we had to pay extra for another bed, the towels are very tiny, the light connectors were not working for a couple days so we couldn’t charge our phones Bed sheets had stains

the bedding could have been a little cleaner. I used to run a small motel here and florida and this bedding was more dingy than mine ever was. that being said despite being in 192 its super quiet here

The staff is very good they really need a new cleaners and change some electronics like fridges in general but we willed like the staff and the place they need change a littles things but I’m soo happy with the time we passed there thanks guys and off course I really can back

The room had roaches, door was broken so bugs can come and go, shower leaked, loud broken ac, and blood splats on the bed spread. Do not book here and breakfast was so dinky.

The rooms were decent but furniture was old and not in good condition. The faucet was broke in the sink. It wasn’t cleaned very well with whisker shaving from a previous guest around the sink. An old bar of used soap was left on the tub. The sheets and blankets were clean but stained. Our first room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, the second room strongly of weed. When my daughter and I arrived at 1:30 am from the airport no one was around to check us in for 30 min

We could not even stay the last night because the room was so dirty and there were roaches. The sheets and bedding were not clean. Absolutely unacceptable conditions.

Great place. Lot of reviewers don't like the long-terms residents hanging out and foot traffic, but no problem for me; everyone was nice. Room was well clean, in keeping with local standards.
