All was fine for the pretty reasonable price.

A perfectly fine hotel for a small town with not too much hotel choice and for its room price. Comfortable, clean and a reasonably sized room. There is no flashiness to it with a very plain lobby and decor and no lift if you do have heavy cases to lug upstairs. The place does offer a free breakfast which is on par with those offered in most American chain hotels (ie very average). The room facilities were fine with a fridge etc and free bottled water. It has a big free car park at the front.

The housekeepers especially those that worked on Thursdays or whatever seemed creepy. One came to work early and sat on the couch right when you walked in and smelled like smoke and didn't smile or say anything. She stared as I walked by doing my morning duties. And stayed there for like an hour. She was drinking coffee and seemed eary....I was put off by her I asked the front desk lady if she was off the street and kindly said she was a housekeeper. I realized that there was another housekeeper Tuesday who just stared at me like that also when I put was walking in and out who had also eary disposition.

We had to wash our table off before we ate breakfast as there were no clean tables. There was some noise in the hallway late at night.

The price I think I was quoted a price that's why I took it. And charge 20.00 a night for a little dog. The price they changed me I could have went to the Baymont and stayed and they don't charge for dogs. And the swimming pool wasn't working.

The woman at the front desk, when checking out was extremely rude. Did not provide good customer service.

Although remodeled, the spaces were a little tight. The stairways and hallways are fairly narrow. The main entrance was narrow and didn’t permit many people to be moving through. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing. The main item, waffles, were not available because there was no waffle batter. There were very limited choices for other food—two cereals, instant oatmeal, banana bread or peanut butter/jelly sandwich, apples, yogurt, pop tarts, grain bars, and orange fruit cups. The second day was even more limited with no bread, waffles, pbj, and limited choice on other items. There was not even coffee available. The pool area was small; the hot tub was out of order. Towels were not stocked for the second day. The bathrooms were very small.

It was a convenient location with easy access in and out. The facility has a good amount of parking space.

I booked this room under the impression there was a pull out bed, but now our third guest has to sleep on the floor. The hotel had no other rooms to offer us either. The manager was extremely dismissive and blamed this on the fact that I booked this room online.

The floor in the main room was wet, they left a big ass fan run to dry the floor, cigarette butts in the shower the receptionist didn't know how to do her job! If that's how they clean the shower I can only imagine how they clean the rest of the room.

Bed was hard. Our room was across the hall from ice machine and laundry and our room was right under a light outside so it was too bright in the room to sleep. There weren't many guests, I should have asked to move rooms. The light and noise were frustrating, couldn't sleep. Also, I was looking forward to the whirlpool, but it was cold.

The staff was so kind, and friendly!
