The door wasn’t close good and the phone wasn’t working . Not enough towels and rags . And they didn’t want to give you no extra. Glad I brought my own. The doors of the bathroom was written on with crayons and the toilet wasn’t on good either

I like the location that nothing wasn’t too far from the hotel and the restaurant that was next to it. The one who owns are runs the hotel worse customer service.

Website claimed there was free breakfast, all they offer is coffee. Our sheets had brown spots on them and we were given “clean sheets” that had yellow paint on them. Not to mention the horrible beds. We ordered a king size bed but got two uncomfortable twins over a king box spring and that’s just not the same. We also couldn’t connect to the provided internet. Kept “searching” for a connection. Will not be coming back to this Rodeway.

When I called the front desk, off my cell phone, since the room phone didn’t even have a cord connecting it to the jack….i was brought “clean sheets” swiftly.

My first room has a puddle of water on the floor and the bathroom light did not work. My second room was better but you could see straight out the bottom of the door & the curtains did not clover the window fully.

The night staff after 11 was very friendly & helpful.

Hole in front door big enough for a cat to get in. Fridge didn't work. TP was like sand paper. Toilet ran all the time. Furniture was falling apart.

When we arrived they charged me a 50 dollar deposit that wasnt mentioned online when booking. They also no longer give breakfast even though it’s advertised online. They only give coffee but dont have enough cups and coffee for everyone staying. They are remodeling some of the rooms but giving the landlord special.

The room was not the cleanest, door has gaps all around it to invite in any roach or lizard walking by!! The bedroom curtains barely covered with the windows. We Had to place things up against them to maintain privacy! The chair in the room was supposed to be light green but looked disgustingly stained ,bed sheets stained, bath towels were supposed to be white and were dingy and so thin. The free breakfast was no longer free but don’t know that from the website only a sign at check in. Location is not great. You are smack up against the highway and can only come in one way and have to leave in a one way route only . Over all poor experience . Not worth the price.

The pool looked nice and inviting and well kept even tho we were not able to take advantage of it this trip.

The mattress are too old enough to have holes caused by excessive using, also there were people which seems to live there and not in good conditions, and by last a travesty like offering “services” on his room.

The door in and out was HARD to open, and the refrigerator started making an awful noise in the middle of the night and did this EVERYTIME it cycle on. The shower head was kinda gross, and it was very difficult to turn off the water. Lighting in the whole siute was poorly placed, so only half the rooms would have enough light to see. They had to replace the tv in the bedroom because it won't turn on. The backing was coming off the curtains. The property was poorly kept, the piles of leaves and trash were just shocking The people hanging around on property near my room (possibly homeless) made me VERY uncomfortable and a little fearful to parking my car there and getting out to walk to and or from my room.

The size of the suite was good, and the mattress was comfortable.

There were several issues with the room. The light between the beds didn’t even have a cord, so that didn’t work and there were no outlets between the beds. Also, the light around the mirror at the vanity didn’t work, it just flashed. The only light there was in the whole bathroom area was the light from the toilet/shower room. Also, the lack of and quality of pillows was problematic. Two small, collapsible pillows per bed is unacceptable. The covers on the beds left much to be desired. One starchy brown blanket covered with a flat sheet…. Ugh.

The waffles were good. Would have been nice to have something other than a carbfest available. Absolutely no protein options at all. Surprisingly, for an outside hotel, it was quiet.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

We had 2 different rooms. One was partially renovated. There were no chairs or a table. The toilet was stopped up. Since they could not resolve the plumbing issues ,that they moved us to a second room. It was fully updated. The only problem was the TV only picked up 3 channels. I overheard other guests complaining about the plumbing and TV' s also.

They have been remodling for a while now. Pool area I believe is closed. The room I had had a really bad spot on the ceiling the door jam and some of the trim was needing fix. I had to go ask for a waste basket, no place the put your soap in the shower, the new shower is nice however it leaks water all in the floor and ruins your bath matt, no iron. Had issues with the JVC TV, The front desk gentlmen was suppose to fix it while i was out, didn't happen. I had to get the night auditor to come and see what he could do. The remote given we had to figure it out. #7 was the on/off button, #8 was the up/down and #9 up/down. Nightmare just to try and watch TV. The Bed needs replacing, its sinks in the middle. No bed spreads, only worn sheets with a thin blanket. Although the room smelled of bleach the floor was still filthy, my feet were black. The Ceiling kept dropping bits and pieces. No instruction on Wifi or Breakfast when checked in. No alarm clock in room. I am not complaining i am just being informative so the next guest can enjoy better than I did. I enjoy this hotel, been coming here for years. And will continue, hopefully they will finish soon so i can enjoy to the fullest. Thanks Henry, will see you soon. Wade
