I had a registered service dog the toothless cleaning lady was angry because we had a dog there but I have all paperwork licenses and all so she cleaned the room once a week and her attitude was terrible

I understand the hotel has been remodeling for the past couple years. Upgrades have been made. However not all the rooms are done. How nice the room is depends on the room you are assigned. My room was upgraded except for the door. That was not the case with my co workers room.

Once a year I come to Columbus for business. I have stayed at the Grove City Travel Inn for 10 + years. The owner us extremely nice! Always helpful with anything you need.

Smoking rooms have burn holes in comforters and seem to be the most outdated, towels and washcloths aren't as clean as non smoking rooms and killed a few roaches. Some appliances out dated. Just cause I smoke doesn't mean I want comforters with burn holes!! Especially for the price!!

Advertised free breakfast which had no breakfast in the morning. Maintenance people came knocking on the door right before 11am to check out which was super annoying.

It wasn’t the property it was the maps that got me lost. It didn’t seem like it was picking up the location properly.

The lady that checked me in was very helpful. We got lost and she helped me get there. I also think it was affordable, and it allowed smokers in the room.

It is just a plain motel. There is no breakfast anymore. Great for value and breakfast available all around.

This place is very quiet. It is a small older motel but well cared for. There is absolutely no riff raff hanging around. I spent 3 nights and saw 1 cigarette butt in the parking lot. If you need an inexpensive place to stay but don't want to have to worry, then you have found the right place.

My hairdryer was broken in room 201 and the freezer had an orange stain in the ice....I can only assume it was ice cream not cleaned out.

It was huge for one person and I liked having the end room upstairs. I felt safer.

Needs refurbished. Burns in bedspreads. Door lock misaligned. Safety chain missing. Lampshade broken. Price per night not equal to room status but location good for short stay.

Clean linen. Location great for Buckeye stadium. Many places to eat that are close. A/C worked.

With cheap you get outside check in (after 9), a little shabby, a little secluded. It was fine overall. Could use an update.

The shower worked well, but the shower curtain was a bit short and water got on the floor outside the shower.

I did not like being asked to leave because my father was worried about me and called the local police and asked them to make a wellness check. because a cruiser showed up they asked me to leave. guess he should have called the front desk. still that.s not right.

Dingy bed and bathroom linen. Bed did not look changed just made up. Coffee maker in room was very dirty and the ice machine was horrible!!! You could see the mold from the dispenser. (I have a restaurant background so Im huge in food safety n sanitation). I hate that places are just refusing to make proper changes to provide some type of breakfast instead of doing away with the program all together shows a lack of interest in the customer service department. My company is currently scouting places to start up accounts with and this place is definitely not a mention. Though the front desk lady was awesome the cleanliness for the price lost us
