We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI understand the hotel has been remodeling for the past couple years. Upgrades have been made. However not all the rooms are done. How nice the room is depends on the room you are assigned. My room was upgraded except for the door. That was not the case with my co workers room.
Once a year I come to Columbus for business. I have stayed at the Grove City Travel Inn for 10 + years. The owner us extremely nice! Always helpful with anything you need.

United States of AmericaSmoking rooms have burn holes in comforters and seem to be the most outdated, towels and washcloths aren't as clean as non smoking rooms and killed a few roaches. Some appliances out dated. Just cause I smoke doesn't mean I want comforters with burn holes!! Especially for the price!!

The lady that checked me in was very helpful. We got lost and she helped me get there. I also think it was affordable, and it allowed smokers in the room.

United States of AmericaIt is just a plain motel. There is no breakfast anymore. Great for value and breakfast available all around.
This place is very quiet. It is a small older motel but well cared for. There is absolutely no riff raff hanging around. I spent 3 nights and saw 1 cigarette butt in the parking lot. If you need an inexpensive place to stay but don't want to have to worry, then you have found the right place.

United States of AmericaDingy bed and bathroom linen. Bed did not look changed just made up. Coffee maker in room was very dirty and the ice machine was horrible!!! You could see the mold from the dispenser. (I have a restaurant background so Im huge in food safety n sanitation). I hate that places are just refusing to make proper changes to provide some type of breakfast instead of doing away with the program all together shows a lack of interest in the customer service department. My company is currently scouting places to start up accounts with and this place is definitely not a mention. Though the front desk lady was awesome the cleanliness for the price lost us
