The Location was horrible. There were homeless people outside. The pool was dirty on the bottom. The bed sheets were definitely not cleaned. My brothers had women’s black hair all over his bed and we had blood spots on ours.

The bathroom was okay. The breakfast was not much at all but at least they offer it.

They are in remodel stages. Our shower was cracked and peeling..we could not use it..the bathroom fan had no cover..the heater sounded like a jet airplane when it kicked on..there was no breakfast..only juice and coffee. Homeless camp in rear parking area viewed from our window Very nice staff friendly and it was clean. Need to put customers in fully remodeled rooms and remove breakfast from their amenities. Get rid of the old RV homeless camp..trash and mattress from rear parking area.

the room smelled like an ashtray, and we stunk like cigarette butts when left. All of our clothing in all of our luggage stunk because of that room. We didn’t pay for a hotel room to make us smell bad.

None of the staff that were on site would check me in, I had to wait 45mins for a "manager" to come back and check me in, after driving 7 hours. The room was filthy: shower wasn't cleaned, sheets and towels had black, brown and red stains that looked like blood, food crumbs on the bed, tables and floors, poopy bloody toilet paper from previous travelers was on the floor. Construction started at 5am and then I thought someone was in my bathroom, but it was someone nearby. Homeless and drug activities everywhere. Not safe for families, I'm so glad I didn't have my children with me. No breakfast, and my fridge didn't work.

No bug or rodent infestations in my room, that was positive.

Hot water in shower never gets hot. Second time this has happened, so it’s a recurring issue. By the end of the shower you’re chilled to the bone.

Just the maintenance, and the price, because of the maintenance. I'm happy to pay their rates, but some of the money needs to go-to the infrastructure.

Staff was sooooo fricken nice. If they added the right maintenance person.... It's clear no one has filled that role in years.

Lots of homeless people around, we were worried about our truck. Walls are thin and you could hear all kinds of noise in the hall way. Light came in from under the door there was such a gap.. . The shower stall plaster was peeling. The electrical outlets were cracked and broken.

Room and property in general was dirty, smelly, uncomfortable. Insanely overpriced for the horrible experience. Noisy guests in the hallways all night long.

There was nothing to like. I have stayed in many motels over the years. This one was by far the worst. We could not wait to leave.

Oh I suppose a more varied and robust breakfast would have been welcome, but that's it.

Very nice place. Had everything one would want, including microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was not much, a sweet roll and coffee but everything else outweighed that one minor thing. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was filthy. The bathroom had hair and red paint stains on the counter. Furniture was ripped or stained. Hallways to the rooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in years with stains and trash littering the floor. There was loud music playing until past 2am. Overall, it was terrible.

There was a bed and the air-conditioning worked.

Cuts absolutely disgusting all the way around. Very I safe outside. Dirty hallways. Broken down cars and druggies all over. Bugs in the shower.

there were 🪳 in my room every time I would enter the bathroom when I turned on the light they would scatter, I've killed probably 10 or more in the couple days I've been here. i think it is way to over priced per night they are charging me almost 200$ a night

Owners were friendly, however the motel is disgusting! Very dirty and BED BUGS!
