Facility needed lots of maintenance work. Staff needs to be taught how to clean. It was very noisy though out the night. The pictures posted on-line were not current.

The staff was very nice and doing their best in a motel that should be closed until renovation is complete.

I couldn't really talk to the guy at the desk is behind a window and I couldn't hear him and in the morning breakfast was nothing did not exist even though it was advertised as free breakfast

Everything it was horrible bed springs worn out the place sloped downgrade there were no amenities or towels soap, shampoo nothing dead roaches plus spy cams on top the website said I pay Zero at the hotel which then they requested a $100!!!! Dollar deposit which is outrageous but your no cancelation policy put me where I had to pay it now 2days !! Later I still haven't got my refund I'm sure it's a scam!!

Only downside is that you have to wait for their pool and spa to be up and running. Which again isn’t that big of deal since they are on it.

The property is great. Theres a pool,sauna and jacuzzi. They are under maintenance atm but hey least they have them for summer. The rooms are standard hotel rooms comfy and cozy bed. Cable hookup and shower and toilet work. You can’t ask for more. The property staff are extremely nice and helpful. I’ve not had any issues that haven’t been resolved.(needing towels,paper dishes, etc.)

The owner watches your room to see who visits you. He told me I had to leave bc my kids came to visit me for spring break. HES HIDING WANTED FUGITIVES & HIS FRONT DESK CLERK HEATHER TOLD ME THE HOUSEKEEPER IS WANTED BY THE LAW AND THE OTHER FRONT DESK LADY MS DD IS ON DRUGS & STEALS MONEY FROM THE HOUSEKEEPERS TIPS. it’s so much drama out there. The police are here every night. No washers and dryer, WiFi doesn’t work, a crack head beat up the police my last day there. Definitely not family friendly. Owner must be a child predator bc he will not allow kids to stay on his property.

Rooms aren’t leveled and everything rolls, police are out there everyday, loud Mexicans, washer & dryers was broken the entire 4 months I was there. Owner kept going up on my room if my kids stayed the night with me. Roaches are so bad you have to bring your own roach spray, sheets & laundry aren’t being washed properly so everything looks dirty. Wi-Fi doesn’t work. All the employees play on each other and talk bad about each other until you can’t trust any of them. Honestly not a safe place so much drug traffic and the owner allows and prefers to rent to that type of ppl. Told me to leave bc my kids visited me for spring break. Definitely not family friendly.
