Let me also add constructive feedback for a better experience: 1. Security: I felt that the security was very less. The property is more like a motel and not a hotel. It was very open, with cars driving in and out. Also, occasionally honking at midnight! Considering that LA is not one of the safest cities to stay in, the hotel should consider uplifting the security of this place. 2. Surrounding noise: the rooms are not sound proof. I could hear people from neighbouring rooms, cars honking and passing by. It affects the quality of sleep. 3. Not value for money - The property is not really worth $150 per night. There are much better hotels which includes breakfast for few extra bucks. 4. No breakfast - a big negative here. There are a couple of restaurants, shopping markets within 10-15 mins walk but still I would prefer breakfast facilities at this price 5. No drinking water fountains - most hotels in the US provide drinking water fountains, which I really like. This property has an ice machine but no drinking water fountains. 6. Pool was not clean/maintained - There is an open pool, but it is neither clean nor well maintained. 7. No free luggage storage - the hotel doesn't provide free luggage facilities, each bag is charged at $5 for storage. 8. Very strict check-in/check-out: I would have appreciated more relaxed check-in or checkout by atleast 1-2 hours. Overall, it is a good place for just an overnight stay like a motel. But not extremely comfortable if you are staying with family for more than that

Overall, a decent stay at the property. Let me highlight the things that I liked: 1. 24h check-in / check-out service 2. Very close to the airport: just 10 mins drive from LAX 3. Hotel shuttle facilities: very very useful 4. Spacious and clean room with bathtub, big television, air conditioner, hair dryer, microwave, coffee machine Good for just over-night stays

Bed mattress was very soft. Personal preference I know but for me, not great to sleep on. Noise, noise and more noise ... As the carpark is immediately outside the door of the room (cars park pretty much at the door), a lot of noise during the night. Cars coming and going at all hours, people having loud discussions at all hours and just general noise. Not a lot of insulation between the ground and 1st floor - I could hear pretty much everything that was going on above me. Also plane noise although not much the Travelodge can do about that.

Location was good for a short 2 day layover. Room was spacious, everything was in working order and clean. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a very good service and provided complimentary as part of the accommodation cost.

The hotel advertises free shuttle but their times are very limited and if you need pick up at airport in between these times they charge money. This is not conveyed until you are booked and can’t cancel. We sat at the pick up at LAX and watched other hotels pick Up two or three times. We finally took an Uber.

It was a little far from lifestyle things (decent restaurants, etc.) and also 15min drive from the airport - would have been okay if the airport shuttle wasn’t late in the morning or if there was better public transport or rental scooters or something to get around.

It was a well equipped, comfortable room and the staff were very nice. Great stopover place!

I chose this for the free shuttle service. The driver did not show up for work so no shuttle. Also on the way the front desk failed to tell me about the schedule. We missed the shuttle bus by less than one minute. The driver would not stop by our room when I tried to flag them.

LOCATION 5 MINS FROM THE AIRPORT. SHUTTLE PROVIDED IN 2 SHIFTS. EASY CHECK IN.. 100.00 DEPOSIT STAIGHT FORWARD. ROOMS ARE UPDATED AND CLEAN EXCEPT THE BATHROOM TUB HAD HAIR BUT NO BUGS OR FUNNY SMELLS. BLOW DRYER DID NOT WORK. HAS MINI FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE.

I emailed the day before arrival with some basic questions regarding bag storage, check-in time, travel time to LAX etc and got a super brief answer to check in time only. (3pm) On arrival at approx 9:30am we were informed that there was no capacity for luggage storage and we were a group of 12. We were forced to go over the road and book a room for the purpose of storage for the day. We would have organised something else if our questions had been answered. The man on desk when we arrived wasn’t overly friendly, sympathetic or eager to help find a solution. Such a pity, as the room we had was very comfortable when we actually got into it. Pity the shuttle wasn’t available as early as we needed in the morning either 😢
