Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It smelled like weed the whole nite. Doors slamming through out the night. Only had 1 towel, no kleenex. The room was not very clean.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes. There's no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow so carrying large suitcases would be a problem.
I stayed here on my way to Rocky Mountain National Park from Denver after a long flight so I wasn't looking for much more than a bed and a shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Carpet was stained, was in need of cleaning. Curtains were stained and paint on one wall was very scratched and dented. There was some trash on the floor in one of the corners. TV didn’t work. No good place to take our dog outside. Everything was rocked.
Location was good for us. Bed was good. Shower was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liquor bottle under bed, candy on floor and space between bed and wall very dirty. Toilet paper roll insert, broken, Kleenex box in wall broken, not enough toilet paper in room. I are if room was actually cleaned? Staff great

Main light was burnt out. 4 in our room yet only received 2 sets of towels. Per front desk, they only give the #of towels per beds in a room. Out of towels for the evening and could not provide extras. I have enevee heard of such a "policy."

The smell inside the room

The room wasn't the cleanest. There was a used spoon on the floor near the bin and the bathroom had hair left in the sink and a couple on the toilet and in the bath and there was a red stain on the toilet seat - not sure if it was blood, wine or juice. There was no elevator so I had to struggle up to the second floor with all my luggage. Lots of dogs staying in the hotel on our night.
It was OK for a night enroute for us. Breakfast was average.

It did seem expensive for what it was but I hadn't realised we got breakfast so an added bonus.
It was good for our one night. Room was comfortable the temperature pleasant and the bed and pillows very comfy.

We booked night-of, and arrived around 1AM. It seemed like the system was down, because the front desk staff member we were working with kept running back to see if the room he was going to put us in was clean. Well, when we checked out the next morning, it was a different staff member. She seemed perplexed as to why we were put in the room we were put in, because it was supposedly "out of order." The toilet did run non stop, so we just ended up turning off the water for the night so it wasn't annoying. The room was slightly dirty in general... there was some kind of sticky substance on one of the walls that we didn't investigate too closely... All in all, we just needed a place to crash. It did the job :)

It was okay for its value. I would stay again if I was looking for low budget and the price is right. The staff was very nice. Very overworked due to low staff because of covid but they were very nice and responsive.
