We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainOur luggage did not arrive at SFO when we did. I gave a note to the staff about it describing our luggage. This staff member did not pass the message to the next shift staff member, so when our luggage was delivered, it was almost refused. Luckily, this second staff member noticed my tag on one of the suitcases (the other suitcase had my husband’s name which was not who booked our room). Whew. It was a close call.
It is in a great location just off the 101 and has good parking. It’s also next to an Indian Restaurant with good but very hot food. The room was comfortable for a one night stay. It was functional and comfortable for a one night on the road stay.

CanadaTheir vending machine wouldn’t work. And considering there is nothing in the immediate surroundings, it would have been nice. It was also right by the freeway. Not a huge deal, but definitely puts it into the roadway hotel category.
The location is good if you have a car. We travelled by bike and it was fine as well. But if you’re on foot, it would be inconvenient. Though it’s cheaper than other hotels in the area. And the room we had was decent.
