Don’t believe some of the other negative reviews. Was this the best place I’d ever stayed? No. But at the same time it was not the worst place I’d ever stayed either. You’re very much getting what you pay for but all in all for a place to get some sleep it does the job well.

They lied about transportation to the airport. They lied about the deposit it said 1 dollar when i booked but it was 100. They dont have change for laundry. The rooms where ok but not very clean. Bathroom has a lot of dirty spots. Front desk lady was very nice. But when we got there there was a sick lady charging her phone leaving her dirty klenex everywhere. They sat in the coffee table for hours. They also have no fitted sheets so the flat sheets kept falling off the bed.

The breakfast was decent.

there was old food spilled behind the night stand that wasn’t picked up and all the electrical outlets wouldn’t hold a plug in. we were afraid plugging stuff in would start a fire.

It was somewhat clean, shaved hair wasn't properly clean from our sink ( assuming from last guest) There was a muffins wrap on the side of the couch (we didn't have muffins) The mirrors were steaky Towels were very linty.. was covered in white lint after my shower.

Cleanliness was inconsistent. Shower towels were dirty. Vending machine in the lobby was broken. Swimming pool was filthy and had ducks wading in it. Room smelled musty.

They really need to power wash the building and walkways. Maybe paint too. Toilets with lids would be great as there is no place to put your clothing as the rooms are not designed with space to dress privately. Breakfast wasn’t much to speak of.

No plug in by bed. Steam clean the carpet once in awhile please.

We used to always stay here until they stopped honoring the genius benefits which amounts to adding an extra 10% which you don’t notice until you’re about to pay for it. They advertise a rate then up it by 10% false advertising? Also if you choose a certain room it’s supposed to be with a pool view but they conveniently ignore that. Decided it’s not worth it can stay at a better place for $30 less if you 👀 more

The online add calls for Breakfast included. There is no hot breakfast at all. I spoke with the receptionist to discuss the concerns. She mentioned it is offered but not included. Please correct the add. I end up paying $ 20 for breakfast across the street each day. The add does not deliver what is advertises. I was in room 160 next door to the breakfast room, no legit excuses that the food ran out quick, The second morning I showed up early, the cater mentioned that they don't have much to offer but instant oatmeal.

The bathtub had a giant crack in it, the walls where paper thin (thankfully I didn't have any neighbors who were too loud), there where lots of cracks and stains in the walls/ceiling, and there where cigarette burn holes and stains in the bedsheets. Overall, it's a very cheap hotel, but everything was at least clean and the staff was fantastic!

The room was clean and the staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Plenty of hot water and a lovely mini fridge in the room. No visible bedbugs.

I know everything has been scaled back due to COVID restriction, but the breakfast set up was the bare minimum and not very inviting.

There were several places to eat that were within walking distance. It was also close to Newport Beach and John Wayne Airport for my flight out.

A lot going on - there was someone just sitting outside for a long time. People kept knocking on my door calling someone by their name. I left early as I felt uncomfortable.
