Access from Santa Rosa Ave was somewhat difficult during the day time hours.

Easy to get to and right off the freeway. Also, two bottles of water and a couple snacks were provided in the room. That was unexpected, but much appreciated!

A couple of minor issues: 1. The sliding door to the bathroom was difficult to open and close 2. The only covering on the bed was a heavy comforter, which was too warm. It would have been nice to have a lighter blanket

Barn door wasn't quite fitted correctly and would open partway.

The rooms are all newly renovated. Small motel with parking near room. Starbucks just down the street. Easy on-off the freeway. 7 min to IHOP or Denny's across the street. Room stocked with snacks and water. Liked the barn door on the bathroom.

Nothing to complain about

The host was very friendly and accommodating he did way more than he needed. I travel with 3 dogs 2 of which are service pets but always book pet friendly but there was a glitch in the site but the host didn't hesitate to make it right. Really appreciate it.

We had the wheelchair accessible room but the space between the end of bed and dresser was too narrow for my daughters wheelchair to pass. The bed in our room was broken toward the foot of the bed. The hand held shower has a plumbing issue and is very loud with little water pressure. No shampoo or conditioner or body soap but they do provide hand soap for the bathroom sink.

The rooms are clean, parking right outside the door of the room, welcome basket with water and snacks, quiet area, very comfortable beds and pillows, nice size refrigerator, clean and remodeled, carpet was clean, great ramp to the rooms for wheelchair access, convenient to Costco, WENDYS, and other places. Love the barn door for the bathroom. Makes wheelchair access easier as the door is out of the way. Linens seem new and are bright white and well cared for. Easy to find right off the highway.

Booking.com hiked up the price to about 25% more expensive than if I had just booked the hotel myself. Because I ended up needing a second room, they "honored" the same rate, which ended up overcharging me a total of about $100 for both rooms.

Staff was friendly. The hotel was intimate, comfortable, and clean. Even the other guests were friendly, probably because they were having a positive experience also.

The hotel entry onto the street is at a very busy intersection. I ended up heading away from my destination and doing a u-turn just to get onto the street safely.

The hotel room was arranged well and the bed was comfortable. Though there were two of us, there was only one occasional chair and a desk chair, but no table. That made eating in the hotel room less than ideal, but we made it work. I liked the calm surroundings and the updated remodeling.

Just having breakfast as an option, even though there was a Denny's literally across the road.

The staff was excellent. It turned out that due to kidney stone attack, I simply needed to rest so that most of the planned excursions I had to cancel.

the manager Vince is very friendly! the room was brand new and clean. feel like home to us! we was late check in and he gave us late checked out. I highly recommended. P.S I love this place so much we already book in again second time when I returning from our golf trip.

Shower no spot for soap ..

The set up and the lay out was beautiful.. the room was spacious and the bed was amazing loved the white linens.. only thing is in the shower there was no spot to put the soap .. other then that it was wonderful. Staff was very friendly

The room was not clean, understatement. The rug is super dirty and left our feet black even after taking a few steps. The shower curtain had a urine stain and smelled accordingly. The A/C had a mold smell to it. We complained about the shower curtain and received a new one to hang ourselves…spare yourselves the experience.
