We have stayed here before and were very happy. The property is safe, the owners are just wonderful and the diner is a short walk and the food and people are wonderful. We never had to worry about staff coming into the room when we did not want it and the property was quiet and safe. If the rates continue to be reasonable, we will be back next year.

No convenient way to hang Wet clothes. Hanging them shower rails, makes them drip on the floor of the bathroom. Please install a clothesline that goes over the bathtub so you can hang your wet swimsuits. Most people come to tear sea either for the Hot Springs or the lake so we need to be able to dry our swimsuits to go back the next day.

Carpet was dirty, old. Some repairs needed but stay was comfortable. Door nextdoor woke me when they let it close on it's own. For late raisers no continental breakfast. Pool closed in August.

STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL!! Room size GREAT,,love the large vanity outside of shower/toilet that's excellent. Adult son was in connecting room. Asked for something out of the ordinary & was accommodated with a SMILE!!! Staff very personable & caring (emergency trip from Calif, brother unexpectedly passed away.

Breakfast needs a lot of improvements, wider selection of fruits.... Got cereal... Toast would be nice...

They had no pool. It was out of service. Some of the staff couldn't speak english well, but they were polite and cheerful.

We liked the location and the accessability for my Mom. The room was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. It worked better than a hotel.

door handle fell off and we go locked inside. when called the front office they seem to have known about it and still booked people in that room despite the fact that it looked like other rooms were available

Check-in was easy and enjoyable, the front desk gentleman was very nice. Room was clean and spacious which we appreciated. Was offered Housekeeping services during our stay which was very nice. Everyone on property was happy and positive.

No place to sit for breakfast. Even if they had one or two fold out tables in the lobby it would have looked like they at least were making an effort, there is none. I took a cup of coffee to the room. I visit a lot of this level of hotels and they all have some seating if they offer breakfasts. I know their lobby is small and they don't have a breakfast room, but they could try a little more. Another guest parked in front of my door when I went for dinner for no reason so I had to park in front of another room's door.

Furnishings were pretty beat up, “Grab & Go” breakfast was dismal. Coffee was awful and cream was curdled. Seemed like every corner that could be cut was. Vending machine sparse and items were sun bleached and old.

Location. Staff was very friendly. Clean enough. Looks like some absolutely necessary renovations were done (carpet)

Wish they had breakfast but they have some fruit and coffee, also Walmart is less than 5 mins away do you can pop over there.

Hotel is family owned and run and they're very friendly people. Room was clean and comfortable. It's an older motel but in good condition.

Just a slight down side more than didn't like but outside and floors are a little older and pillows were not the most comfortable.

The advertisement said breakfast and it was too small. They offered coffee and some pre wrapped cinnamon rolls
