You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI did see a couple bugs. Not sure what they were but were not roaches or ants. There was an older crusted stain on the couch. Easily missed if you weren’t paying attention. I let the front desk know immediately. I did find the shower a lil odd no place to put a soap or shampoo. You had to open the shower door and grab it off the sink. The same with the towel rack it was on the shower door but on the far side.
This was by far the best ABVI I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and professional. You can tell they have put in a lot of effort to renovate the property and rooms. For the price this was an excellent value.

*The location is excellent for us! It's half way for both. *Breakfast was OK. Any chance you can offer apple juice? *The pool was nice. Little chilly but nice. *The room was very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. *Looking forward to staying again! Keep working on getting it just right.
