Having stayed here multiple times for years in the past, I knew the property’s amenities. But, This time no breakfast, was offered at all - even tho it is still advertised. (Even during Covid, there were small bags to go with a muffin, juice, etc) Tiki bar closed up at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Really disappointing. Mandatory “resort fees” (for pool towels, etc.) even if you don’t use any of the facilities. Should be disclosed how much the fee is & that it is mandatory. Palm trees & shrubs need to be trimmed by the pool, they are blocking the beautiful view from “view rooms” that are charged more for it & making a mess from falling debris in the pool & hot tub water.

Although diners were a short walk away, it would have been nice to have an onsite restaurant. The good price of the room was offset by having to pay for parking.

The beach was just a short walk across the main street and at the north end of all the action on the beach. The value for this hotel and location was far superior to the other hotels in this area. I enjoyed the free coffee in my room and the designer coffees in the lobby. The rooftop bar was very entertaining with a DJ and view of the gulf.

The AC in the room didn't work the greatest, couldn't keep the room cool. It could use a little more counter top space.

The staff was very accommodating. Tiffany helped us with our check-in and I was traveling with my disabled Aunt. She called us when the room was ready. Another front desk staff gave me a parking pass for my son, who came to visit me at the resort. Enjoyed our time in the area very much.

The pool , it was dirty so we didn’t use it . We were told a towel card was missing from our rooms but we never used the beach towels or took a towel card .

There was no breakfast. Rooftop bar was not open. They charge you $16.25 per day for parking which I had no idea about until I got there. The hot tub and pool area was dirty. The room was nice and the patio was beautiful. The staff was also all very nice. No fitness center that I could find. Not a horrible experience but I will never stay there again,simply because of the parking fee which was not disclosed before hand.

Location was amazing, walk across the street to the beach. Place a cute sea side bar!! Everyone was friendly. Had a broken outside balcony table when arrived but other than that had a great time.

No breakfast. Elevator was down the entire stay and our room was on the 3rd floor. Originally booked the king with marina view and got offered an “upgrade” from booking for gulf view. Would have much rather kept the marina view after arriving.

Staff was absolutely awesome! Bed was comfortable! Great location and the beach was literally 1 street over. Outside deck bar.

The elevator was broken. Having to lug a very heavy suitcase up and down to/ from the third floor was very inconvenient. I heard many visitors complaining about it saying it's been non working for awhile. Might want to update potential visitors about this.
