I loved everything about the property other than the than the choice of music in the pool area. But I know that’s the vibe they’re going for- it’s just not my taste in music.

They were so friendly and accommodating! I arrived before check in time due to an early flight. They allowed me to check in without hesitation and the suite was so clean, comfortable and modern. Every staff member we encountered throughout our stay always greeted us and it was so welcoming. I didn’t book an oceanfront room, but our balcony did allow a view of the gulf and the pool area. We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant (breakfast & lunch) and room service (breakfast) and all were great. We even received turndown service with chocolates on our pillows one evening.

Some restaurant and front desk staff could’ve been better, but we all know how hard it is to find good employees these days.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach at treasure island. Absolutely gorgeous and definitely more upscale! We were welcomed by a very friendly front desk , I believe her name was Casey and she was amazing. It was our wedding anniversary so we were surprised by a nice bottle of champagne and some delicious chocolate strawberries. Also she upgraded our room from a regular suit to a 2 bedroom suit which was so absolutely amazing as our little baby girl got to have her own room and OMG the view we got… with that corner balcony it was spot on for sunset watching! I just wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer.

Everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is great. Every member of staff was efficient and kindly willing to help. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. They were thoughtful, including a bar of chocolate in the open bed at night. I have traveled quite a bit, and this hotel and one other on the west coast are the ones that I will always remember for the quality. Many thanks to each of you who made our stay so relaxing.

The property was extremely clean, well kept and great amenities such as a private beach and pool. The staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Now that we found Opal properties, we will definitely be back!

The lobby is on the second floor due to flood risk from Gulf front location. Entering the building is a bit odd as a result. Stairs and or elevator take you to the beautiful lobby.

The property is clean, modern and luxurious. Entire property was clean and well kept. View of the gulf from the rooms are stunning.

That someone pulled the fire alarm at 1am, and we had to evacuate our rooms!!! Not the properties fault!!

I loved this property! Staff was great, and the restaurant on site was delicious! We loved the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great as well…. We would definitely book again 😆

The fact that we spent a lot of money for one night which is not an issue. The real issue is the pot smoking on the patios that didn’t allow us to enjoy the gulf view and location. We could stay elsewhere and cheaper and be able to enjoy a patio with or without a view. Staff advised no smoking property but guests are not following that. This actually is not the first time we have encountered the excessive pot smell.
