Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I know all Las Vegas hotels have casinos. But we couldn’t eat in any of the hotel restaurants due to the smell of smoke. Gross. The smoke smell hit you as soon as you walked out of the elevator to the lobby. Didn’t even want to walk through the casino and lobby due to clothes smelling like stale smoke.
Easy check in and out. Great price and location. Very quiet room.

I book through Booking, Booking take an one night deposit, and when we arrived there the guy from font desk say that payment on Booking is not good, so he will be refund those money and to give him another card, which was weird because I already pay on Booking, or at least Booking say that. So be carefull when you pay on Booking because it can be something tricks. The guy say that is not a prepaid so he can managed the payment however he want. They have and advertising on the outside of the hotels, and from the room was pretty hard to see something outside.
We booked this hotel because some friends recommended us for the location, which is very good, right on Strip, you can walk everywhere with no problem. The room was spacious with a big bathroom, with two queen beds very comfortable, with nice sheets. Bathroom was big and clean, we liked the toiletries from a spa that is located in the hotel. They have a big free parking, from where you have to walk to the hotel. Because you have to go through casino you have to pay atention to find the front desk, if you came from the parking. Housekeeping staff make a great job, everything is clean, they make up your room everyday.

I had a clogged sink, yet it was fixed within minutes of my request. The shower head was very small and not clean. The isolation of the room was not good enough - I could hear the adjacent room's water flow and conversations.
The gym is in a very good condition and there was almost always a guard checking room cards at the elevator's entrance. The location is good, in the middle of the strip.

I think the addition of the resort fee is terrible. Oh think he price is what was paid upon reservation, only to find out I owed an extra $50. Why don’t you just be up front on the price instead of sneaking that in upon arrival.
We loved the location and had a great meal at Senor Frogs!

The long walks through the casino to get to the elevators. Hard to get a parking spot as a guest.

An older hotel in Vegas but still in very good condition with great rooms and good facilities in the Casino. The Sports Bar in particular was a great spot to enjoy cold beer, good food and all of the US sports. With free parking and the lot having direct access to the Hotel it's a huge saving if you've got a car. All staff were very friendly in all areas.
