The minute we arrived we already felt as if at home - nice host, calm place and surrou dings( we even saw two peacocks crossing the steet early morning), good location - 20-25 minutes walking distance from Little Havana, 5-10 min by car to get downtown.

Everything about this house is perfect! The location in a quiet area, the private parking inside the gate, and the house that has everything you need for your stay in Miami. The interior of the apartment is very welcoming and makes you feel at home The owner Jose welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary information for the stay. He was very kind and helpful and his two little dogs are very cute! :)

unfortunately the AC in the bedroom is controlled by the other part of the house and cant be turned off. it was a bit cold and wasnt necessary needed from our side.

The only small issue was that the AC in the rest of the home was not connected to the main bedroom. So it got a bit warm in the bedroom.

The decor made the Airbnb feel very comfortable and inviting. We had everything we needed, and a private driveway so we didn’t need to pay for overnight parking.

First of all, the host... actually a perfect super host. Excellent personal contact, open and friendly, always helpful in every aspect of your stay. Jose thank you for everything :) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to feel independent and spend time comfortably and conveniently. The advantage is the location in a quiet neighborhood of houses, yet close to the historic Little Havana and the central districts with all the tourist attractions of Miami. Stores within a ten-minute walk. Highly recommended!

It was really cozy, peaceful and fully equipped for our stay. The location was good in a beautiful neighborhood, which was great to take little walks. José is a Superguest, he helped us figure out the best places to go around and showed us what he believed we would like the best. He also was really aware of anything we could need.

Jose was an exceptional host who gave us amazing recommendations on food nearby! Easily the best host we’ve interacted with who was close in case we had questions! The house was cozy, clean, safe, and had things to keep us busy like games and streaming services! The house was very comfortable and cute and was perfect for keeping us cool in the hot summer. The gate parking felt very safe and private as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!!

The place could use some maintenance, but these were minor concerns and did not affect the use of the space. Bedroom and kitchen area could use newer plug power strips.

Location was perfect to visit Miami without dealing with the really congested areas. Jose was really helpful. After I booked, he called when he saw I had several questions. He suggested a local place for dinner. Beds were very comfy; shower handled all four of us; everything was clean and in working condition. Bedroom was a nice size. Futon couch was comfortable for our kids. Small kitchen area was good enough for us to make a small breakfast.

everything was incredible: The energy, the facilities, the location, everything was more than perfect. the place has his own beautiful soul. there’s no words to really describe the place. I wouldn’t be fair. it’s really like walking into a fairytale.the living room is Spr cool and the bedroom is even better, you’ll enjoy a quiet night and you will rest as you probably haven’t done in a while. it took me 5 minutes to get to the hard of Brickell. 15 minutes to get to Doral, 3 minutes to little Havana. 10 minutes to Wynwood and 20 mins to Miami Beach. if you wanna explore Miami, you MUST consider this place as your headquarters and on top of that, Mr Ochoa is an amazing person and host. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay becomes a story to remember. oh!!! I almost forgot: and it has private parking. isn’t it great
