The code box attached to the door and the door handle were both very loose. The flushing handle and mechanism on the toilet needs to be repaired or replaced. Someone tried to keycode into our condo, late one evening, kind of scary.

Location was great, the unit smelled so clean when you walked in!

No elevator , so hauling luggage up 3 flights, is tiring. There are more condos on-site than parking spaces, so if all spaces are taken, you have to park in a nearby parking garage for $25.00/night.

Very clean and modern, location is great, easy to walk to front street. The appliances are all stainless steel and new. This is a great condo.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the old town district, where there were many restaurants and shops. We ate at a couple places during our stay. Brady's Bar on the corner was the best lunch and very affordable. Having slushies at Grand Traverse Distillery was also very refreshing.

It was made clear that the only parking may be the pay public parking next door, it yes available parking was extremely limited and we paid $22 to park your car. Kind of a bummer…At $400plus a night, no parking and told to take out our trash and toss in the dumpster, not attractive.

Parking was tight. We did need to use the garage one night. The parking garage was convenient, but an added expense.

Access to the unit was very easy. No problems. I liked not needing a key and just using a door code.

Very cute condo less than 10 minutes walking distance from downtown shops. The hosts were communicative and friendly. All the necessary amenities were there, too!

The leather sleeper sofa isn't very comfortable. The three flights of stairs can be a little much if spending a lot of time on your feet.

Queen or King bed would have been preferred over the full size.

Very nice condo right in downtown traverse city. Plenty of room and quiet. Communication was excellent and had a great time. I already booked for our next trip to the cherry festival in July.

The front door combination lock was not working correctly at times. Had to attempt up to ten times to get the door to open. There was a key left in a combination box as well but the code we were given did not open it☹

Location to downtown was excellent. I have stayed at the Capri in 2020 as well. Very clean and close to everything.

Being on the 3rd floor was no elevator but we knew that coming in. The risk of not having a parking spot if you came in later at night.

The location was walkable to the main attraction areas of Traverse City. The facility was newer which was nice.

If you’re a light sleeper, the noise of the AC unit in a closet connected to the bedroom could bother you as it turns off and on all night. It didn’t bother me at all as I’m not a particularly light sleeper, but my partner is and was woken up by the sound several times. Not a big deal though! We didn’t mind walking up and down 3-4 flights of stairs at all, but that may be more of a challenge for people with mobility issues, etc. Parking in the garage is $25/day, the parking spot at the building generally wasn’t available, but we were always able to find street parking at a meter very nearby. Paying for the meter on the app made that fairly easy/straightforward.

Great location, everything is walkable from the condo! There are fantastic restaurants, bars, and beaches all within a short walk. The neighborhood feels very safe and nice. It’s also really nice to have a full kitchen and laundry to use. Everything was in great shape, comfortable, and clean. Communication with the hosts was quick, thorough and helpful. It was great to have basics like coffee/cream/sugar already stocked in the cabinets.

Pull out bed was very uncomfortable and had stains on the sheet, one appeared to be blood. A left over hair tie was also in the bed

The curtains were not sufficient enough to cover the windows .The towels stunk. The washer stunk.

Modern and clean. Laundry is a nice option but we did tiny need it.

The condo was very clean and cozy. It was perfect for an overnight getaway right in the heart of TC. Walking distance to everything!
