The only little issue was how difficult it was to open the door going to the putside patio.

Great location! We were able to walk to so many great places to experience! Around the corner was a pizza place that we enjoyed very much. A convenience store was also just around the other corner. The best part was being across the street from the concert venue!

Being on the ground floor was convenient, though no views to speak of. Loft style ductwork was a little noisy with water/ventilation. Lockbox instructions were only provided during the day of arrival by which time we were flying. On landing I could not access my mobile phone, and therefore struggled to access the lockbox instructions. If these could have been provided by 10am on the morning of arrival then this wouldn't have been an issue.

Spacious "loft style" apartment on the ground floor of this former battery factory. One double bedroom with ample storage and sofa. Twin bedded room is partially open to the living area, therefore not soundproof. We also used the sofa bed, which worked well. Small supermarket on the same block was good for breakfasts/snacks.

Some miscommunication issues arose that Patricia said were caused by a recent change in software programming. She was able to help us with everything that we had questions about. The parking lot reserved for Vesta Lofts is very convenient and is a much better deal than other parking lots but the App to reserve a spot was very confusing - I ended up having to call the parking lot company and then Patricia to actually get a spot. Very frustrating 1 1/2 hours of trying to get this straightened out.

This apartment was great! The leather sectional couch with pillows and throw blanket was very comfy, the kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, even had laundry detergent and softener sheets for washer/dryer combo. The location within easy walking distance from McCormick Place made this place extra special. Patricia was very friendly and very helpful with our parking lot issues.

I liked all of it. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect because I typically stay at hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I liked that it was a private loft-style room rather than a hotel room. It took some getting used to though because I expected more of a hotel-style experience.

The property was very clean and felt very safe. Parking was so convenient and affordable! The location was very close to an expo we were attending at McCormick Place. The building its self was very well maintained and the apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

The host was fantastically attentive, friendly, and caring. Best one yet! If you're going to McCormick, you can't beat this location. One block from the Marriott and its pedway to McCormick was very much appreciated in single digit weather.

When we walked in initially, one of the bathrooms were dirty, but they had supplies there that I could use to clean it up!

Perfect location for our trip and close to the convention center. The beds were comfortable!

I think it was great. I would really have loved if some kitchen items were present like salt and pepper and maybe some other common cooking spices that I don't want to buy there or bring with me. But I don't expect those things, it would just be REALLY nice.

Location was great for us. It is a super cute loft. Very clean and the hostess supplied some very nice touches like shower wash, plenty of paper towel and toilet paper, coffee, tea and flavoring. I appreciate some of the niceties that I wouldn't necessarily think about bringing.

The owners were unresponsive at a time I needed them. They wanted to come inspect mid-stay, which I thought was strange. They ended up not doing it when I told them I would be there. The checkout procedures need to be communicated a bit earlier, or maybe put in a pamphlet on the desk. They need to do better cleaning under the beds and similar places. Owners seem to be paranoid about other people coming in. The outlets are wired to light switches. Which means keeping the lights on while you charge your phone.

Location was great. Check in was easy. The bathroom and beds were clean which is a big deal. Having a full size kitchen makes things easier. The host was usually pretty responsive.

We had trouble with the internet at first, but it was fixed . It is ground level, so there was noise outside at night,but not bad.

It is a beautiful, spacious apartment, very comfortable beds, full kitchen, perfect for our group of 5 people. It was an easy walk to the convention center and convenient for transportation, restaurants and walking. The manager was very responsive and helpful when we needed help.

There are not enough restaurants to choose from within walking distance. We did try the few that were close and really enjoyed the food and friendliness of the people.

It was very homey for the week that my friend and I were there. We were able to bring groceries and enjoyed cooking and relaxing. It had all we needed to have a stress free vacation. We just loved the atmosphere of the place, and it was close to what we were there for. I would recommend this to family and friends to enjoy themselves.
