Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere was no view. The windows looked out onto the alley. On the other hand, as a corner room there were 4 windows. The afternoon sun was great.
I liked it being a studio apartment for the price of a hotel.

United States of AmericaI didn't like it was located in the middle of what I was told was drug alley. But i didn't see anything crazy. It was quite. The pool was unaccessible. And the AC was not keeping the room cool enough due to the couch sitting directly infront of the unit. The extra fan in the closet didn't work.
I loved that the place was clean and fitting for my needs. Had dishes and utensils and coffee. Minor flaws but that's most places do. It was pest free and very clean.

United States of Americasinks and drains were backed up the entire time i was there. Was told its a problem with the sewer system and due to modern flooding issues when it rains...due to sea level rise now the rain/flood waters come up an extra foot or more so sewers get backed it.. it was raining aloit but backed up when it wasnt raining as well...also walls were thin like they are in all these low to mid income apartment buildings so you hear almost everything the neighbor is saying or doing
apartment was decent looking as a standard size low to mid income apartment building...

United States of Americafirst we were greeted by the neighbors that hoarded 5-7 people in one unit. they were watching us as if we were tourist. the bed sat on a few wood pieces which caused our entire bodies to ache each morning. the bed slide drastically which meant no sex the entire trip. the shower water never turned off which caused the floor the leak profusely. we had to dry the bathroom and hall, nothing was done to aid us. the shower was super tiny with rusted fixtures the water either was scorching hot or very cold, no warm. we basically showered at LA Fitness after our workouts. the sink was slow to drain. the room had zero ventilation in the bathroom or the actual room (no vents). when we tried cook in the room it became tough to breath. we were in able to cook with the room door open due to it being 40’ degrees outside, way to cold. the A/C unit that was provided came without a heater. the room was cold each day and night during our stay (check the weather for the days we stayed).
I liked the property was near our family in the area. also secluded from the actual city hustle and hustle.

United States of AmericaThe porch overlooked a slimy smelly green pool that was disgusting. I understand that a pool was not listed on the rental but I honestly do not feel that I should stay in a place where I have too look at this or walk by it everyday. I left after reviewing the property. The dumpster was overfilled with garbage all over the ground and behind the apartment. The smell was disgusting. There was also NO WHERE to park. I was told by a resident I could park around the bark. Now I checked in with my father who is 83 years old. Are total trip was over a month long which I was supposed to stay here for 2 weeks. I couldn't even empty my car close to the door. I just had knee surgery so I was not capable to move my luggage from the car into this place. The images that he showed included rooms from another property. The kitchen from the pictures looks clean but upon inspection it was filthy. I saw a roach run in the cupboard and couldn't get it in a picture. I also saw a rat when I tried to park behind this complex and scared it from the dumpster and garbage on the ground. I tripped over toys that were scattered all over the porch that was the entrance to 3 apts. The other 2 lived there and the porch was probably 3x3. Toys were scattered all over the front of the property. I was supposed to stay there with my father and my sister and her teenage daughter were joining us 2 days after we were supposed to check in. This property charged over $2300 for the time frame and I wouldn't pay $100 a week for this place. I do have images of the disgusting pool from the porch and all the toys scattered all over as well as the dumpster. This man should not be able to list his property on booking.com as this wonderful place to stay close to downtown and the beach when I also had to live in this place for 2 weeks. I had to find another place to stay for my duration. I booked through you the rest of my stay at Extend A Stay in Ft Lauderdale and I had no complaints with this place.
Absolutely nothing; it was disgusting
