With the numerous upgrades, the details were a little too kitschy for our taste. Coffee maker, soaps, focus on local artisan products were not something we enjoy. But, it's California, so practicality is not a general rule. More traditional consumables would be welcome. Some additional shelf space in the bathrooms should be considered a critical need.

Erin and Robbie were terrific hosts. They are doing a great job converting an old motel into a new, clean, and very pretty place to spend a few days. Lots of keen detail. Very nice patio and cooking facilities outside. All of our needs were met. Keyless entry was kinda cool.

It was clean, easy to access, loved the hot water kettle since I brought my French press, simply decorated with beautiful touches. Would only recommend adding a couple smaller wash cloth type towels.

I made my reservation while on the road and had not checked my email so when I arrived I was surprised not to find a motel office. I wandered for a minute in search of the office thinking this is weird but found a message on my booking.com with all the information that I needed- room number and door code. Perhaps if I had booked directly with the motel I would have received a text message before arriving at the property. Ultimately the check in was a breeze! It was all done online. All we had to do was show up.

I loved the unique, kitschy, old motel vibe on the outside and the clean, rustic, modern vibe on the inside. I always opt for a Motel vs a Hotel when I can when on a road trip. Park outside your room and walk in. No elevators and no long hallways of generic, ugly carpets. The room was large and cool on a 90+ degree day and the remodeled tile bathroom was sparkling and beautiful.

Oh my gosh! The room was simply nostalgic and pristine! We could have stayed elsewhere for half the price but so glad we chose the Triangle Motel! Don’t let “motel” scare you!

There wasn't anything to dislike. I wish we could have taken advantage of the picnic area and pool but this was a quick stop for us.

This newly renovated property was perfect! Very clean, easy access to downtown and shopping. We loved the remodel, including the crisp linens and sharp decor. Would definitely stay here again!

This motel is exceptionally clean and wonderful rooms to stay in. The attention to detail in the renovation is outstanding and I’m positive there is no better place in Red Bluff to stay. The communication with the owners for the self check in was superb, the location is easy to find right off the interstate and it is a quiet location and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The parking lot after rain have had bits gravel that were tracked into the room. Doormat or a small broom would take care of the issue. We stayed two nights. That’s the only reason why I mention it if you were there one night wouldn’t have been an issue at all.

I loved everything about it.

It has new inspired owners who have really done a great job decorating the hotel. Great beds, plenty of room. Everything was updated. The bathroom has all new fixtures. If you do have a dog, there is ample room to safely walk them for a potty break. Really nice people there, with all the conveniences close by. We really enjoyed everything about this cute, quiet and clean hotel.

There was nothing I disliked.

The owners who remodeled these 1940’s room designed beautiful, functional rooms. The king bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the spacious walk-in shower was a delight.

The tv didn’t have local channels for weather or news.

The room was immaculate. The « retro » style with new handcrafted decor was very nice. The bathroom was newly remodeled. The parking was easy. The motel is close to stores and other amenities. The motel is quiet. The bed was comfortable. Loved the bedside lamps.

Location is off the old highway as it enters town from I-5 northbound, near an active railroad line. Not bad; convenient for travelers, but somewhat removed from the center of town. Nothing wrong with that if you don't need to be in town.

Great little motor lodge, owners have worked hard to update the room interiors while providing modern and sustainable amenities.

Nothing I didn't like but some information on pool hours would be nice. Another nice touch might be a card with information about recommendations in town - restaurants, coffee bars, etc.

Lacked shelf space. Very compact room, however bathroom lovely and spacious.

Good location, easy access from freeway. An old motel being refurbished to a modern standard. Rooms are small, compact and quite tastefully "minimalist". Rooms are very thoughtfully appointed with quality fixtures. I would have appreciated a shelf in the spacious bathroom (there's a wonderful shower.) Booking and check in are all done online. Process went smoothly and necessary information provided efficiently and effectively (fortunately owner was there "refurbishing" when we (older folks) had questions i.e. the TV streams but no "regular channels" for us older folks to watch the news. Property is environmentally "conscious" i.e. all products - soap, coffee cups, etc.
