Our initial room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool had a serious ant problem. The next day we moved to the 4th floor across the hall overlooking the parking lot - no bugs, balcony, no view. No discount given for cheaper room. Room was also a little smaller. Love the hotel otherwise. This was our 3rd year staying there after renting a vbro in either fort Meyers beach or Naples

Service Could be a bit quicker at the restaurant but it was packed. Beach close was closed due to hurricane so we went to Naples.

Great location. Was not on the beach but very close driving distance. Is in a plaza that has a few great restaurants. We ate at the on-property restaurant and enjoyed it. They have half-off apps during happy hour that we really enjoyed.

Nothing with the hotel. Unfortunately, all the beaches in Bonita area have been destroyed by Ian Hurricane and are still not accessible currently (end of Nov 2022).

The room (#112) was very spacious, very clean, well maintained, small patio. Great wifi. Very quiet.

not much, i did book with book.com and we checked out early to get out of town due to the hurricane, and i am waiting to hear if i will get a refund. I hope. we definitely want to come back, and recommend your location to our visitors to the area.

we ate at the little grille and really enjoyed the proximity. the view was nice to look out the room.

I stay here almost every time I work in this area. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and always clean. It's right across the road from the promenade where there is shopping and dining.

The shower and bath was so nice. Very big shower. The bed and pillows were so comfy My husband did see a small roach on the wall but could of come in from balcony The lake house restaurant was nice too. I had the fish tacos which were very good. Loved the area. There is a bakery and coffee place at the next shopping area by hotel. The best pastries I've ever had. All in all a very nice place and affordable.

Check in staff was rude. Have to pay for continental breakfast/coffee.

There was one gentleman at the front desk who was rude and condescending!! when I asked about which card my room was charging to he told me that I chose to use Expedia so who knows!! I was very rude myself at this point due to being spoken to by this gentleman in such a condescending manner. He acted as if a female coild not possibly know what they were talking about!! I DID NOT use Expedia to secure this reservation, I booked with Booking.com. We asked to use the card we gave them to pay for the room rather than the debit card used to make the reservation and were told by another lady that was fine and would be done…..guess what IT WASN’T, even though they ran the alternate card and put it on file. When we arrived home I found that my checking account had been drafted rather than the card we gave on site!! This was the 4th year in a row we have stayed here and love this property. Now we are considering other arrangements due to the rudeness and mishandling of our payment on this trip!!
