I think that the knobs in the shower were overlooked during renovation and have mildew growing inside. And there was a large soft spot in the floor near the fridge which I sat a cooler over to keep from stepping on. Outside of that we felt safe and thankful for a clean room.🌺

I liked that our room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. That staff also responded quickly to my text. I also like that work is being done to upgrade the hotel and pool.🌺

Not too many sockets on walls in the kitchen. Had to switch plugs of microwave and toaster back and forth. Kitchen area could have some improvements. Pool was unavailable during our stay. There was a replacement pool but we didn't want to use it.

Room was clean, very specious. I like the light inside the room. Beds were comfy. I liked the idea with the pier behind the build where we could walk directly from the kitchen for a drink and a snack. Our host was always available on booking msg and helped us with many answers and suggestions.

We got put in the wrong room not the one we actually reserved. Couldn’t be moved to our room because they had booked it so I ended up sleeping on one of the pool lounge chairs in our room all week because we didn’t get the proper beds/rooms we reserved

There was nothing we did not like.

We arrived as a family of three. The room was very big and spotless. Lots of towels and water bottles left for us. The host stayed in contact sending guidance around the area and recommendations for the restaurants. Location was central, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. All in walking distance. Very good value for money and we will come back to this place. Only suggestion would be to provide some sweping brush in the room. Always useful to clean the sand or kitchen area.

Hot water takes a while in the shower. Run it while you get ready and it will be hot when you get in!

The apartment had lots of space and was really clean. We really enjoyed the TV's in each room with the ability to stream content. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we could have used a pair of scissors. No big deal though. The view was beautiful, it was awesome to have the pool available. Each room is cosmetically updated, but the old charm of a 50s motel is still there. The owner was really responsive to all our requests. We had a great stay.

It is the perfect location right on the water of a small marina. It was a beautiful spot for a sunrise. Our room door opened right to the water. It was very peaceful. It’s located on a side street where there wasn’t a lot of vehicle traffic but still in close proximity to be able to walk everywhere. The hosts sent an email everyday with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Love the midcentury decor. It’s very nostalgic.

Location,immaculate inside and outside of the complex. View from from 107 looking out on the water and palm trees so peaceful. A few blocks from Clearwater Beach, all types of restaurants, Pier 60 and the host shared tips via email on suggestions for restaurants and the best place Pier 60 to catch the sunset.

There were only a few lounge chairs by the pool.

It's very cute and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the intercoastal. The location is quiet but a close walk to restaurants and the beach. The heated pool was bigger than others in the area so that was a plus. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The tropical breeze was absolutely amazing, the size of the room was great for the price. We came to visit family and it was great to come back and have such a good comfortable space to stay in, also the back balcony was great to have a nightly coffee.

Simple, but neat with everything you need. Clean sheets, old but well maintained kitchen, with all a family might need on a trip. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood, excellent host Antoni, flawless and easy check-in and check-out. Felt like being in a 70s movie.

I thought they did a great job of re-vamping an old motel! It was adorable and had nice touches like the carpets and Edison bulbs. The kitchen table was cute with black velvet chairs.

Location was central, free parking in the lot. It was adorable and comfortable. I loved the pink dock right outside my back door! The kitchen came in handy for microwaving my dinner! Wish I could have stayed there longer!
