Beds weren't the most comfortable but I'm also very picky.

The staff was very nice and it was only a couple miles to downtown Clearwater. Property seems like it was recently redone. There is a parking fee but it is minimal.

The room use a face lift, but it checked all the boxes that matter to me. Clean, comfortable, mini fridge and great location. The fellow at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is a little dated and there's no breakfast but the location is minutes from downtown Clearwater. Be prepared to pay $10 for parking. Good value for the money.

There were minimal towels, no coffee make or even a Kleenex box. It was a bit bare, but a great value. We would stay again.

It was a good value. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to a friends home , so convenient for us. We enjoyed the courtyard.

Clean well kept property that is old school but completely functional and updated. You have great price/value/service for what you pay here. He charges for parking and early check-in but the cost is appropriate and collected in cash upon checking in. It is not a four star hotel...it is a family run motel and they show pride of ownership. If you want breakfast, coffee and constant room cleaning and all the other things from a chain hotel, this isn't your place. You'll pay for that...this is NOT that.

Only drawback was that visitors are not allowed. I came down to visit with family and see my grandchildren, and they weren’t allowed to come and visit me because of the property’s “No visitors” rule, which I don’t think is listed on the Booking website. I usually swim with the grandchildren for a couple hours wherever I stay, and haven’t run into that issue before. Nice place to stay if you don’t plan on having visitors.

Room was nice and clean. Towels were large and water was hot and shower pressure was good. Courtyard and pool area are very nice. Staff person at front desk was polite.

Water took a while to heat up, the bedsheets and towels were a little older. The sheets actually had cigarette burn holes, but they were clean! Just old burns I suppose.

The colors, decor, pool, and courtyard area were inviting. The new tiling of the bathroom and wash area were a relief! Appreciated the flush with different choices for water conservation.

SO NOISY!! I was in room 111 and it was so loud right by the stairs and the parking lot there was ppl hanging outside my door all night i had to tell them to move. Wasn’t the best but I imagine in a different room location it might’ve been better

Definitely a little sketchy but for a one night stay it was just enough for a shower and bed. The place is definitely rundown and needs work. But it was very cute and quaint and a great location

There was no coffee maker in the rooms. We were there last year for the first time and drove this year from PA, so we took our coffee maker with us this year.

It was close to beaches, Baycare Ball Park, restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

No cleaning or trash emptying at all during our 4 day stay. No coffee or tea on site, everything had to be brought from the outside, and nothing was nearby so you had to take a car before your first morning coffee.

Cozy and colorful hotel, quiet street, strait forward management. It was great to be able to use the courtyard for meals brought from the outside. The room was comfortable, functional and clean.

There was no housekeeping for a 10 day stay. There was never anyone in the office. You had to call the manager if you needed any assistance.

Location was great. The room was spotless upon arrival. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
