Only one problem I was when trying to book an early check in, the employee that was emailing and communicating with me was unclear about whether or not I would be able to check in early. Its stated that you can pay extra to check in early but they were very unclear about what they would allow. Besides that, everything was lovely!!

The location was great, rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was amazing and they have a full kitchen and fridge which was nice for our leftovers!

AC is cold and windy. Good news is there are magnetic ~6 x 12 inch panels at the front desk that cover the vents, so you can control the temperature. The rooms on second and third floor looking over the pool are both quiet and have a view. My original room was next to the parking garage. Very bright light all night even with shutters closed. Was very thankful to have room changed the pool side. My only unresolvable issue was another guest playing their music really loud through a portable speaker. But, I guess that’s a matter of taste and luck.

Large, quiet, tasteful room with nice bathroom. 2 block walk to beach. A good sized pool with plenty of chaise lounges. An exceptional desk person, George, who solved all problems, between 10 AM and 5 PM. Keypads on front and room doors for easy access.

You can listen to many things outside the room, not too much like talks, but you can hear luggage movements and stuff like that. The room service (cleaning it) is paid, I don't remember how much but I think it's 3 or 6 bucks.

Well, the rooms and front desk door have code access, I arrived at the hotel and had nobody there I waited a few minutes, but after that, I entered on booking for asking to instructions and saw that they had already sent me both access codes so was pretty cool. The bed was pretty much good, and the bathroom was good enough. the AC is central so it didn't have a way to change the temp but it didn't bother me at all. The spot is pretty good too, pretty close to the beach, Espanola Way, Washington st, and Ocean Drive. You can stay in the hotel after your checkout and use the storage and common areas so it was cool for me.

My room was facing the pool and the lighting was very dim. I do wish there was better lighting in the rooms. I also did not like that there isn’t an attendant at the hotel at night, only during the day. There IS security but I would’ve liked an actual hotel attendant there

The property has some renovations with simple designs. I liked how small the hotel was. The bed was comfortable and the size of my room was pretty large.

There was quite a lot of noise from the corridor and neighbours, however I didn't mind because I was out late. If you're a light sleeper or are looking for a peaceful room, this could be a problem.

I loved the location - walking distance to the beach and restaurants/cafes. It was really a perfect spot for exploring the area. The room decor is super cute and I felt very at home.

The hotel did not provide ice. The carpet in the halls looked dirty and worn.

There was no breakfast offered at this location. The location was excellent. Public beach access was right across the street and 5 minute shaded walk with lovely palm trees. Ocean Drive on South beach was a short walk away. Lots of shops like Walgreens, CVS, and Publix as well as local stores are within walking distance. The room was immaculate and as pictured. Luggage storage room was really useful as well as having access to a bathroom, the lobby, the kitchen and the pool with my flight not leaving until 8 hours after checkout. The staff were very personable and accommodating.
