You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe mandatory valet parking for $34/night just to walk 10 feet to my car. Also, the pancake maker was slow and the breakfast biscuits were still frozen in the middle. Staff was slow when restocking breakfast items.
The property location was convenient to the even we attended at the convention center. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Newer hotel so the rooms are updated and the free breakfast was a plus.

United States of AmericaI stayed here 7 weeks earlier and didn't like the breakfast. This time I knew what to eat and what to avoid and I liked it better. There was a "folded" prepared breakfast omelet with vegetables this time which was much better than the powdered (?) scrambled eggs from my first visit. The "apple-chicken" sausage is a loser so will avoid that in future.
It was clean, comfortable, nice linens, plenty of towels, bright clean bathroom, lots of hot water, coffee available downstairs all the time.

United States of AmericaThe valet parking was a nightmare. We were unable to get our car out of valet the entire weekend because the hotel was unstaffed for the event we were attending. We had to pay to Uber around town which would’ve been fine if we’re weren’t also paying for valet parking.
The free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing and the rooms were so clean!

United States of AmericaI have stayed at this hotel a couple times when I have an early morning flight. The proximity to the SkyTrain (5 minute walk) makes it a very good option. There are other hotels closer to the SkyTrain, but they are usually more expensive. IMO this hotel is just as good.
