The ONLY thing that was wrong was the soap dispenser by the bathroom since was empty.

Everything was very clean. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers! I love the fact that you are not wasting plastic by handing out the little bottles. Beds were comfortable. I loved the lobby, with the foosball tables and the seating areas. The staff was very helpful, as I needed something printed out. Breakfast was convenient. I am gluten free, so I wish there was more stuff that I could have had for breakfast, but I made due with what was available. I would definitely stay there again next year. Staff was also accommodating, as I needed a little bit of a later checkout.

The clerk Tisha was horrible. She made me wait in the lobby from midnight to 3am before checking me in because she had to run her day end turnover and she doesn’t do that until 3am. RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE.

No microwave in the rooms ,so I have a family of 4 and had to microwave food in the lobby and bring upstairs to room.

The place was clean and beds were very comfortable, the gym was great and pool as well.The limitless tea , coffee and coco was great.There was alot of restaurants in the vicinity and Forge National Park.If I'm in that location again ,I would definitely go to this hotel again.Thanks for a great time.Staff was great.

I did not like that you had to go downstairs to a Commons area to use the microwave. I didn't know if anyone that had been sick had put their food in their before us. I found myself wiping it out and hopes that no food had splattered from someone else who may have been eating and then wanted to warm up their food again. I still think each room should have its own microwave and fridge.

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was very clean. I like how they have disposable ice buckets at the ice machine. I also like how they do their soaps and conditioners.
