The wall in the bathroom had redish, brown stains by the light switch. They bothered me so much, I used the small towel to clean them off. If this was something I noticed & was able to clean off, I feel like the cleaning staff should have noticed and cleaned that area. Also, the chair in the room was visibly very stained.

Check in was easy and the guest service representative was very polite. I also enjoyed the extra touches, such as the welcome bag for Hilton members and our name displayed on the TV in the room. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

the door to enter/exit are very loud when they shut. so if you are wanting to sleep in, this will disturb your sleep.

The sausage was pork, would be great if you add non pork sausage. Maybe a waffle maker (just an idea).

Check in/out and room was great, breakfast could be better but it’s standard. Love the coffee. The sitting by the pool table could use a good cleaning.

I personally asked housekeeping to clean my room on Friday and they did not. On Saturday, we informed the front desk twice that we wanted housekeeping services and they still didn't clean it. So during our whole stay, we never had our room cleaned.

Showers could be clean. Brown stuff in shower. Ac should stay on if wanted, stayed twice and got very humid and uncomfortable and hot.

Kitchen helpers were not friendly; Pool rooms was so hot you couldn’t breathe in there and water was so cold along with so much sand in there.

the pool was indoor and smelled very bad of chlorine… also my license plates were stolen the second night we stayed and I went to the front desk to speak to manager because the local police dept asked for video footage. the girl at the front desk said there was indeed surveillance but she didn’t have access to it and a manager would call me back. they never did. went back the next day to check out and told them we would be driving back to San Antonio and what happened. reassured me a manager would call back and still haven’t received a phone call so had to drive back to SA with no license.

Unfortunately, the first room that we were booked to had an adjoining room with a connecting door. It was unsettling, especially since we had a young child with us. But we were to change our room to one without it.

We loved the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. And we loved the atmosphere of the hotel. Modern and colorful.

I didn't like that I couldn't get towels in the morning because there were none available. I wish there was a tub and not just a shower. My 2 yr old daughter was only used to bathing in tubs so the experience scared her.

The door to the restroom wouldn’t stay shut. Maintenance work being done outside our door, bathroom floor was dirty, and the floor in the main room was sticky.

Location was good. Front desk staff was amazing. Breakfast was great - good coffee and great selection of items available. It was also very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well.

One lamp was broken in our room and hanging from the wall. The shower had someone else's hair. Behind the nightstand was filthy as was the corners in room. The reason i saw behind the night stand is because the clock and charger were unplugged. Our room was surface cleaned. Our top sheet was a fitted sheet so was not comfortable. The water station to fill a water bottle was horrible dirty, ick. The outdoor BBQ area had not been cleaned in a very long time. The tables and seating for breakfast were used and left dirty I guess until breakfast was over. Not sure what the meat was that was supposed to be sausage.
