The receptionist was very kind and sweet. She allowed me to check in early. The location is very close to bright line train station, which is good but also the only positive about the location. It's not in the best area. As mentioned, the staff were great, and the room was clean and spacious.

Nothing - it is a great option if you need to stay in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Little bit of a sketchy walk to the river though.

Clean room and beautiful pool area with drinks and food after 5 pm. Nice included breakfast. Lots of great places to hang out in the lobby with a pool table and board games.

Our room was nice snd clean, but had a smell to it, much like a locker room.

The breakfast was great and the friendly greeting each morning was a delight. Happy Day! It put a smile on my face.

Shabby reception. Unfriendly and obviously untrained reception staff. Considered by people we spoke to as being near unsafe areas

Lack of communication among staff? We asked at the reception for coffee powder for the second day (one was provided for the first day) but nothing happened until we asked again the housekeeping in the afternoon.

The hotel was up to the expectations for a Hilton hotel. The hotel room was comfortable, with all what was needed, with the possible exception of lack of drawers (as in the vast majority of hotels in the US)

The pool area closes at 9pm. A little early.

Hotel is new, clean and agreeable. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful.

Floor of the room was dirty when we arrive it. No safe Box and No closet. Parking is too expensive should have a combo if you going stay more tahn two night.

The room was not cleaned in 3 days, no towel replacement or taking out trash. The room is very small, not a real closet in , just some hangers. Breakfast very basic, poor quality. One day the bagels had mold on them. Having parking under hotel is a. nice feature, but 30$/day??? The area very close to the hotel seems safe, but just one block away it appears to be a homeless headquarters.

Nice European design, cleanness. Bed was comfy.

There are not a lot of dining options immediately adjacent. It would be helpful for the front desk to have a list of those within walking distance, especially for late arrivals. I found decent pizza, ramen, and deli a few blocks away.

Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of options. Coffee was a bit weak, so I just drank more. Best part was FOX Propaganda was not playing on the TV. Hotel is located near the Brightline and bus stations. We took the bus to restaurants and the beach.

Room could have been a little bigger but it was still comfortable. The negative reviews online painted a terrible picture but it was a great experience.
