Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.
The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

The soap on the bathroom dispenser needed to be refilled, but it didn't get filled up on our stay.
It's was very clean and secured at night. The room was large. The pool table was a plus. The staff was very friendly.

Only complaint with location was the street noise.
The staff was super friendly, upbeat and helpful! Room was very clean and smelled great!! The bed was super comfy - no aching joints the next morning!

The listing online stated the room had a microwave and there wasn’t one. That was my only reason for choosing this hotel because the others in the area Stated they DID NOT have microwaves. I could’ve chosen another hotel with better rates and reviews. But instead we paid $100 more staying here and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. My mom is handicapped and not able to keep walking to the lobby just to get coffee, if I’m not around. For the price of this hotel the amenities are are lacking.
Breakfast was ok. The attraction in the lobby was the best thing about the hotel. Staff was amazing and the location is good.

Staff were so busy complaining to each other instead of helping the customers. No toilet paper in the room - had to go to the front desk for it. No soap in the dispenser at the bathroom sink.

When we checked out the billing was mixed up, took several days to resolve. One of the treadmills was broken, the staff didn't appear to be very concerned to have it fixed.
I liked the atmosphere, near several restaurants.

The breakfast was average and 9 am was a little early to end it. A bigger variety would have been nice. Also, there was a lot of noise from next door and in the hall.
The lobby was very nice with lots of things to do. The room was clean and I appreciated the provided amenities.

Pool was too cold swim in. Which was unfortunate as we picked this property so kids could swim after a day of travel.
Beds were amazing. Couldn’t hear any noise neighboring rooms. Very very clean. Staff was very friendly upon check in and breakfast.
