We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt couldn’t be helped but the hotel faces a busy road and is near the hospital so you hear sirens all the time and the local kids “drag racing” in the wee hours of the morning. If you stay here, bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. There is WiFi but you either have to join their rewards program or pay for access. So, sure, it’s free but now I’m going to be on their email list and I’m drowning in unread emails already.
The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it’s open an hour later on weekends since we got in so late. There’s no microwave in the room but one is available in the lobby. Everything was clean, new, and in working order. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the minimalistic furnishings. Great for a night or two but probably not for longer. There’s an indoor pool. We didn’t get to use it this time but maybe next time. Outside the elevators, they have lists of local restaurants and attractions which was no only helpful to find a place to grab dinner but also gave us something to read while waiting on the elevator.

That was my only reason for choosing this hotel because the others in the area Stated they DID NOT have microwaves. I could’ve chosen another hotel with better rates and reviews. But instead we paid $100 more staying here and no microwave or coffee pot in the room. My mom is handicapped and not able to keep walking to the lobby just to get coffee, if I’m not around. For the price of this hotel the amenities are are lacking.
Breakfast was ok. The attraction in the lobby was the best thing about the hotel. Staff was amazing and the location is good.
