Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I got there, they wanted another $25, would be refunded back, when leaving. The shower needs more slip strips, on the floor
The sheets were comfy, along with the bed. The breakfast was nice.

More towels and not use to the shower gel, prefer bar of soap
Did not have Breakfast. Room is clean. No rugs to walk on which is great. Nice to be given water and popcorn on arrival, no charge.

Front desk clerk was less than helpful with wifi issues. Never did succeed in getting wifi. She said she would hav etch guy call us, but when I verified with her later she said he would call me at 11 PM when he came in. So glad I checked, told her no calls at 11 PM. Spoke with manager a few days later and she was GREAT.
Breakfast and location were great. No issues

Check in was disorganized, didn't seem like employee could see our reservation, then made us wait for rooms to be cleaned (understandable), but gave us a hard time about connecting rooms, and then after waiting a few hours, gave us connecting rooms. Also tried to split cost of two rooms on two seperate credit cards, and everything got charged to one. The biggest mishap was a fire alarm at approximately 10pm on a Saturday night. Me and my family were asleep, but I had two school age children, a dog, and elderly grandparents to get down 4 flights of stairs in what ended up being a false alarm! My 90 year old father walks with a walker, so this was very scarey. Next time will push for first floor accomodations, but this was rediculous. I love marketing to families, but when you have a lot of kids on the property, maybe have extra coverings for the fire alarms.
The rooms are clean, and bed are very comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing. Nothing fancy but absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very very clean. Entire hotel looked brand new. I would definitely book another room here. I'm excited to try another location by Tru.

Breakfast had to keep asking for things... water cut off but then came when getting ready to go out... had asked for an ajoined room... at least he got us on the same floor... pool small with too much chlorine

The front desk has a market of drinks/snacks available to purchase 24/7. While it was convenient and someone was always there, the drinks were pretty overpriced. Also, breakfast was good but there were situations with some of the machines so don't expect everything to be available.
Staff was nice when we arrived and we got to our room fairly quickly. The room was very comfortable and the TV allowed us to login to our streaming services rather than needing to rely on cable like a lot of hotels we've been to. Breakfast was also really good!

Pool was closed. Air conditioner presets were out of wack, always waking us up uncomfortable

The breakfast could be better. The sausage patties were a light grey color such that it didn't look very appetizing. The pancakes were bland; the coffee was not great. There's no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. Because there's no little amenities in the rooms, I felt the room was overpriced.
The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and in good working order. I liked that the desk could roll around to be used where you needed it and the plug for the laptop was on either side of the tv. The bathroom looked spa-like, the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers were a great touch.
