We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americanothing not liked. i think it would be nice to have cups in the bathroom, love bathroom but only one person can be in there at time since the shower is see thru. plugged phone to wall beside bed to charge but did not charge over night but moved to bathroom outlet worked just fine. did love the soap and lotion.

the breakfast area was exceptionally clean and well stocked all the way until breakfast was over. Hot pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, and all the usual stuff were present.

This hotel is very eye appealing and hip. Lobby was always clean, and the staff was friendly. It's in a good location of Greensboro, close to everything you could need.

United States of AmericaWAY TOO NOISY!!! if you are expecting to get a really good night’s sleep, I’m not sure you would choose this as your first choice. The staff on duty during the evening did make one attempt, but other than that the noise continued through most of the night. If it wasn’t the people above moving furniture it was the neighbor next-door. The TV was way too loud!! 2 attempts were made to ask both parties to please calm down but we were up until well after 1 AM.😞
I love the location. The facilities were very clean and the amenities were great.
