United States of AmericaI was disappointed there was no in-room ice bucket; the guy at the front desk (when asked about a bucket) throws a plastic bag on the desk which was unacceptable to me. Naturally, I didn't take the bag.
The breakfast was superb! There were plenty of good options to choose from. And, the dining room staff was wonderful in getting more pancake mix for the guests.

Rooms were very clean, very central location with lots of restaurants in the area. Make sure you follow your GPS to get back to the highway as Stringtown road does not allow turns at certain intersections.

Found it odd that there were no cups of any kind in the room. Could also use a waste can in bathroom. Sink did not drain well (got worse throughout stay) - reported this on check-out.

United States of AmericaThere was only 3 towels, and they are not very big, they also are rough and scratchy, it was like drying off with sand paper, roughest towels I've ever used, luckily, I brought a few of my own.
Easy quick online reservation, check in was quick and easy. My room was clean, decorated nicely. Lobby is nice and very spacious. Lots of chairs, tables, spaced apart for privacy. Large free breakfast every morning. I like the soaps, shampoo, conditioner that's in the restroom. Restroom is a descent size, plenty of hot water 💧 , I really like the large walk in shower. Nice TV with apps, watch Netflix, hulu, etc.

United States of AmericaI was charged roughly $203 a few days prior to checking in. I provided proof of amount taken out of my account. When talking to several people at the front desk no one could explain the charge. I spoke to Eric Rowe, Director of Operations at TRU GROVE CITY upon checking out on Sunday June 22nd. He could not find the additional charge in system based on room and confirmation number. I was to recieve a call from Eric. Still no call. Also, this hotel has a huge ant problem! My daughter and I were in room 353. She mistakenly dropped a cheezit on the floor before she went to sleep. Woke up to ants all over the cheezit, all over the floor, and coming out of the wall! Needless to say I was not happy!!! I cleaned up the Cheezit and killed the ants with a towel. Took our clothes to laundromat and cleaned suitcases before I brought back into my home.
We were traveling for daughters softball tournament. Location and restaurants were convenient to Berline Park. Staff members were friendly despite the amount of teams and families. Many knew employees as we were asked to wait for a supervisor or management.
