Weekend clerks not very friendly at all. No pool or outdoor sitting area.

Breakfast was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. There was a little pond and walking trail that we discovered next to the hotel and we were able to sit out there. The morning clerk on Monday when we checked out was very friendly.

Decor. Paint job in the room was not neat. Cheap red fixtures. Microwave in room would have been nice. Better pillows needed.

The walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors and people in the hallways.

The staff was very friendly. The room was just what you need. Comfy bed, iron, fridge, mircowave, and very spacious shower.

Parking was very restricted. Some was available next door, but wasn't all that convenient. Traffic in the surrounding area is really bad. Not the kind of thing you would want to be coming and going very often during the day.

Breakfast was decent. Limited choices. No eggs. Mostly pancakes and a few pastries available which was fine with me since I don't eat much at breakfast. If you are really into starting the day with a big breakfast, you might want to plan on going out for it. There is a very nice shopping center next door and tons of other shopping and eating nearby.

A little noisy. Could hear the people on the floor above stomping around.

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to freeways. Rooms are not fancy but functional and clean. Staff is great.

I didn't like the room not having a closet or drawers to put up your clothes .several hooks dont equal a closet.. Didn't like not having enough spaces for parking when we got back from dinner .Maybe the large trucks should find parking in another lot instead of taking up 3 to 4 spaces for regular sized vehicles

I liked the location ..it was close to all the places we wanted to travel to. I liked the breakfast the following morning ..rooms were comfortable . The complimentary tea and coffee setup was great. Staff was friendly

Firmer pillows or more pillows on the King Bed. A little to soft for the support that I needed.

The size of the shower was larger than expected. Everything was a good value.

The room was smaller than I expected, loud noisy from kids running around in the next room and also we didn’t know how to work the Wi-Fi it kept telling us we had to pay to use Wi-Fi.

Nothing to do with Staff by any means but every time something occurred to me and I brought it forward to a Staff member. They were un able to do anything for me due to "system update" if it updated once during my stay...cool but when it updated 3 times once a day and weirdly enough when I brought up and issue? Kinda disappointing to have to be inconvenienced THAT many times. Especially when the system cancelled the use of my room card when I held very heavy objects in my hands.

We were on the fourth floor and there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana coming from a room a few doors down. I had my 14-year-old son with me.
