The only downside I can say is that because this location is close to Hershey park there were a lot of families there that had some pretty excited children with lots of energy and sometimes they could be heard inside our room. The kids had the lobby a bit chaotic as they were playing games that were provided by the hotel, but could be very messy and loud at times. Prices of snacks/drinks were a little absurd, but I guess that’s to be expected near Hershey. That is it.

I love that it was close to the Amtrak station, about a 15 min ride or so. The room was clean, the rooms were also very nice. Breakfast was really good, just wish there was an alternative breakfast meat besides pork. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Showerhead needed to be replaced. it was like a waterfall without the force. Removable showerhead would have been nice. Specially, when you Have to bathe someone that can not bathe themselves.

One mirror was a little dirty with fingerprints. There was a sound of a motor running at times above us. The carpeting in the lobby of the room next to us was stained.

Outside needs more landscaping and hardscaping. Pool is too small. Breakfast size area did not accommodate the amount of people waiting for breakfast. I waited 35 mins for two little pancakes. The temperature inside the building was super hot and very uncomfortable.

Not the fault of the hotel or staff but there was some sort of cheerleading convention going on and thete were dozens of teenage girls running wild throughout the place and they were very noisy. Don't misunderstand me, I have a house full of kids myself and these young ladies were just doing what young ladies do when gathered together in large groups. Again, no blame, no real "complaints", per se, but you asked if there was anything I didn't like. 🤷

The hotel was located in a central location, close to everything. It was clean, we weren't inundated with cigarette smoke at the entrance like so many other hotels, the staff was great and the room was great. It was spacious and the bathroom was big and easy to use. The shower worked great, the drain was not clogged, and it was ADA compliant with grab bars and a curbless entry. You will appreciate these things, handicapped or not. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in those wall mounted tubes are so convenient! Literally nothing to not love about this hotel.

The breakfast area was so crowded and packed, we were unable to get breakfast. The line was long and there wasn't any place to sit. This was disappointing because part of what drove me to select this place was the free breakfast. We ended up having to go out and get breakfast anyway.

We had a great time here. My favorite feature of the hotel was that it was very family-friendly. I love that when you go in, there are game tables for the kids and a bright and happy atmosphere. The lobby area was very appealing. I also loved how spacious our bathroom was.
