The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurant. Convenient to more restaurants and gas station. Beautiful and clean hotel with great pool and price was great. Our family will stay here again in the near future!

The fire pit and pool area bathroom was out of service. Parking was also inconvenient due to construction.

The staff were really nice and made sure everything was okay with our reservation and we were happy throughout our entire stay. The room was really clean and absolutely loved the walk in shower with the glass! I also adored the soap dispensers. Pool area and outside area was really nice. Breakfast was amazing. The area was also very quiet, but was still really close to everything! I will definitely be returning.

The hotel door kept getting stuck. When I first arrived I was excited to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room but I ended up needing to go to the front desk to ask for help getting into my room because I thought my digital key wasn’t working. Turns out you just have to push the door extra hard to get it open. It was very difficult opening the door from the inside as well. I had to pull with all my might to yank that thing open. Every single time!!! I only stayed one night so it didn’t bother me much, but for a multiple night stay this might really become annoying.

I love that I was offered an option to check in online and set up a digital key on my phone to get into the room. If you check in this way it also gives you a chance to view the hotel layout and choose your room, which I thought was pretty cool. I received a text message the morning of check in with a very nice welcome message and they asked if there was anything they could do for me before my arrival. I’ve never had a hotel do that before. I felt valued. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it. I thought that was pretty neat too ! They also had two complimentary bottles of water for us. The room was clean and I loved the storage space. They have a wall full of hooks which made it easy to hang up bags. I also appreciate that they don’t use carpets in their room as they can be so unhygienic. Breakfast was included and it was great ! They even had extra toppings for pancakes like caramel and chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. The lobby had an inviting feel to it. Lounge area for guests, foosball tables, and a snack and coffee bar. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only negative for me was that the fridge in the room did not have a freezer section. I needed to freeze our freezer packs for an event on Sunday.

Hotel was nice. Plenty of parking for a Saturday night. Breakfast had cereals, breads, and two pancake machines, but is also had sausage and eggs. Rooms was nice and clean. The guy who checked me in was nice and quick. I would definitely stay here again!

For some reason, Hilton has firm mattresses and soft pillows, which means that the pillow goes flat and you wind up on a firm surface. It's not my taste, but perhaps it is for someone.

The breakfast options were good. I liked the pancakes. They also had a variety of snacks you can purchase. The shower was hot and the room was clean. No complaints.

Clean, comfy hotel. Friendly staff. Impressed with the cleanliness and seeing staff constantly cleaning public areas while w we were staying there. Breakfast was good - loved the fresh mini pancake machine! Good coffee and selection of teas 24/7. Variety of restaurants close by (The Juicy Crab was soooo good!)

I couldn't stay one more night. Liked the bed and normally it is hard to get a good sleep at a hotel. That I only got to see Oliva once.

Several good places to eat within a mile. Bed gets an A+, slept well. This was helpful as I was volunteering all weekend at the Mandarin Art Festival for the Mayport Lighthouse Association. Staff was great. Oliva was very nice and charming.

Jamil was excellent! He was kind and welcoming. The guy in the morning tending to the buffet was also very nice and made sure everything was topped off and clean. However the bigger guy at the front in the morning was a bit rude and not inviting at all.

The blind didn’t work right and the attitude of the gentleman at the front desk that we reported it to in the morning.

The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. The lobby attractive and the room was my idea of perfect. The blind didn’t work quite right. The gentleman we reported it to at the front desk didn’t seem like he was interested in hearing about the problem.
