We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen I had to cancel my hotel reservation due to flight cancellation the hotels manager (Mr. Summer) was nothing but dismissive to me. I called, emailed and left several messages asking for a refund. I finally had to call Hilton directly to solve this. matter. I case is still in review. It's upsetting one person can ruin an experience for many.
Perfect location and walking distance to River Ranch. Large sitting area in the lobby which was perfect for after the baseball game for families and children to gather together. The breakfast was very nice from waffles to east to grab muffins when heading out of the door.

United States of AmericaWe had to ask for extra towels and such on our second night (no daily room service). We also killed a couple bugs in the room.
The location was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations, plus located and gave us a hairbrush on the house when my wife realized she forgot one. The lounge area is also quite nice.

United States of AmericaThe Wi-Fi was extremely horrible throughout the full duration of me and my husband trip. Me and my husband both have two different cellular companies so I knew it wasn’t who my phone was serviced through. We both had to continuously go outside of the property in order for our devices to work. There were times family and friends tried to call or text and we weren’t receiving anything on our end. I called the front desk to ask about the Wi-Fi problems And the front desk representative did not seem like he cared too much. I know these things are inevitable and stuff like this is bound to happen but it’s just the principal as a customer service person to show some sort of care and show that you are willing to go above and beyond to somewhat show that you tried to help the situation .
The location of the property was amazing close to a lot of restaurants, along with a lot of shopping stores which made me and my husband trip very convenient.

Excellent full, hot breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My hotel reservation was canceled for some reason, but fortunately, the desk agent was able to book a room for me on the spot. The River Ranch area is beautiful and has many conveniences.
