We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWasn't a big fan of the breakfast, and was surprised we could hear someone walking around in the room above ours. I guess i expected it to be more sound proof and was woken up earlier than i would've liked.
Lobby area was comfortable and great for catching up on some work. Some of the front staff were friendly and greeted you as you walked in. Beds were cozy

The following day the person that was there was charging me for that same water bottle and i told her that the day before what had happened and she still stated that was not true.

United States of AmericaThis was the first time staying in a hotel that didn’t make up the room each day. It got too messy for me. I can agree to not change the bed linens during my three night stay but I’d like the beds made. Clean towels are a must for the price we paid for the room and given the summer heat index we needed double showers.
Breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The location was perfect for us, in between the airport and TAMIU. Staff as pleasant as can be!

United States of AmericaI didn’t like that the pool was closed for maintenance. I do understand that they are trying to maintain a clean property but as a benefit to the booking customer they should inform them of this prior to purchase. The customer can then decide if they want to change plans. We looked into this hotel for the pool and it was very disappointing to discover it was unavailable when we arrived. We also struggled with the whistling sound that came from the AC unit. I wish I noticed it sooner as I would have switched rooms.
The free breakfast was great. Many choices for the three of us to enjoy.

United States of AmericaAt 230am, the air conditioner stopped working so we went downstairs with the complaint. But there was no solution; either changing room or refund. The front desk guy came up to the room and tried to fix the AC at 3 in the morning. We had to check out little bit after 3am because the AC was not working and making noises.
